Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Pricey Direct From Manufacturer This APC Replacement Battery was a little difficult to install because of the two connection wires' thickness and location inside the battery compartment. Did not just "slide in easily" as described. Also, very pricey. There are other similar aftermarket batteries out there that may be better values.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Replacement It's a good battery replacement for a good UPS. APC products are always reliable, and this is no exception. It's nice not to have to replace the entire UPS when the battery ages out. I've got 3 UPSs that use these batteries, and I've replaced the batteries in all of them at least once now.

Primarily helps keep my internet modem running during power outages. Just needed a fresh battery in it and I'm sure it'll keep running another 10 years. Reliable product that does its job. And I don't even have to think about it. Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable service this is the second time I have purchased batteries for my APC UPS's. Always receive prompt service. I have two APC units that I have had for 15+ years. They keep my computers and components safe with surge protection as well. I'm a retired IT person. I consider these units invaluable. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wants or needs to keep computers, etc. up an running when there is a power outage, as well as keep your equipment safe from power surges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from False advertising There is no "FREE Battery Disposal Incl.". CDW will NOT include a return UPS label for you to send the dead battery back to CDW to properly disposal the battery yourself. All they provided is instructions on how to dispose the battery YOURSELF at your own expenses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You don't support what you sell. That takes care of one APC however, it does not take care of my BE350 because you no longer support it and expect me to buy a new unit which will happen with my 750 because you will refuse to support that one as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works like a charm Bought a new replacement battery for my UPS because my old battery finally crashed. The new one arrived quickly and worked great. (Honestly, the down side is that the battery works great but my UPS was also on its last legs so I have a good battery but nothing to put it in)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Maybe I should have bought a new unit My Review is that after I realized how much this replacement battery cost me, it might have been more cost effective to throw away the old one and get a new one with newer tech. The battery was easy to change and the unit appears to be working well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Way To Keep Your UPS Powered I have found that for continued reliability in an APC UPS, original OEM replacement batteries are a must. At my former employment we had a ton of APC uninterruptible power supplies in our radio and television studios. Although we replaced many of the batteries with cheaper, off the shelf generic batteries of the same physical and electrical characteristics, we found that battery life was much less. In my experience, it is better to use OEM batteries to insure continued long reliability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I opted for the APC exact replacement battery. My UPS battery finally gave up the ghost. Like you I've seen aftermarket batteries for sale. I noticed that a new APC battery carried a 2-year warranty so that made my mind up for me. Shipping was quick and was an exact replacement. It took just a few minutes to flip over my UPS, remove the old battery and install the new. The new battery is working fine. Glad I went with an exact replacement and have the warranty.
