Not a APC Battery - Be aware before ordering.
I was not sent a APC battery! When purchasing a battery from APC you would expect to receive a genuine APC battery. Be aware, the battery is working and charging correctly but they are not sending you a APC battery. You pay extra on the pre-determination that it will be a APC genuine battery and not recycled.

Fits the bill!! Perfect fit and replacement!
Fit the bill! My battery needed replacement, and while I looked at just getting a new backup, I realized that I had a pretty expensive and high-end model. I was so happy that Schneider Electric offered the battery replacement for it! Shipped out almost immediately and I got it in record time. Easy enough
easy enough process but the battery is pricey, so i had some difficulty with the model number but that is because i am older and my vision isn't the best

Revived my BackUPS 1100
I called APC to be sure I ordered the correct battery. This was easy to order, delivered quickly enough after it was available, fit perfectly, and is working as expected. If I had not dropped the old one on my foot, this would have been perfect. I do NOT recommend doing that!

Works as intended
I bought this to replace the battery in my wife's unit since it failed after only 18 months. Kinda disappointed about that but it's a battery and these things happen. Having a battery backup with surge protection is a must with our computer gear since we both rely on them for work and school (and play!). Hopefully, this new battery will go the full 3 years before needing replacement. I'm happy overall with the product.

Quick and easy battery cartridge replacement.
Ordering was easy and the replacement arrived quickly. Swapping battery packs was straightforward and effortless. I was hoping for a similarly quick-turn in recycling the used pack, but I see that this is done through a third party. I understand that there is no charge for this service. Just a little more paperwork.

Peace of mind restored
My UPS is again working! I have moved from an area where power outages happened once in a while, when someone took out a power pole, but now there are outages more often. Having my UPS working gives me peace of mind.
