Had to replace the battery on my UPS from APC. No problem with APC, ordered and changed the battery cartridge within minutes. Now I have another 3 or 4 years of worry free performance.

Replacement Battery Return. NOT!
As always, APC products are reliable and practically worry-free.
In the past I was able to return the old battery to APC to recycle. I'm a bit disappointed that the recycle option is no longer available, so that'll cost you a couple of stars...

Electrical Power Protection At It’s Best
I have depended on APC battery backup units to protect all of my sensitive (and expensive) electrical IT and home A/V equipment for many years and it hasn’t failed me yet.

Poor customer support
My unit was beeping and I mistakenly thought it was the battery. I purchased it and then discovered that it was not the battery, but your company would not stop the purchase or take a return. Now I am stuck with a perfectly good battery that I don't need but I suppose the warranty time is running. I'm not a happy camper with your company. Sorry. . . . . . . . . . .

Works well
My first battery lasted 7 years. It seemed to show sufficient power but I think maybe a cell was going bad and giving an alarm on my backup. It was great to be able to go on the company's website and find my model and battery that I need. I use battery backup for alarm system in poultry

Easy installation
Bought replacement battery for my BackUPS 650 a few weeks ago. Installation was simple, taking a few minutes. Also website glitch resulted in accidental order of two replacements. Thankfully they called to confirm.
