APC LE600 Line-R Automatic Voltage Regulator is rated 4.90 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good protection I usually opt for the 1200 but, have found the same security in the 600VA model for the correct environment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from fantastico! I bought this to help mitigate voltage fluctuations caused by my laser printer. The printer was connected to my battery backup (UPS), and the UPS would need to revert to battery power to support the printer as it warmed up for printing. I tried bypassing the UPS and plugging the printer straight into the wall but still had the same problem. While one option might have been to move the printer to a completely different room, i.e., on a different circuit of my home's wiring, this was not practical for me. I think these events may have shortened the battery life of my UPS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from is almost up to the task. i have another unit that is protecting wife's big-screen tv. it evens out the wave, but still doesn't regulate the voltage to prevent drops. this one is just as nearly useless for keeping the voltage UP, but does steady regulate the 127 to 130 line to 120v as does the old one. if you need an incoming regulator the isn't required to handle momentary equipment (airconditioner) energizing and killing the voltage, this is the one for you. wife: you get what you paid for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seems to be Working I was having brown out problems on my AV equipment from a mini-fridge. So far I have not had those issues any more since using this voltage regulator.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from $50 investment saved $5000 equipment My 11 yr old voltage stabilizer (exact same model) kept working behind the scenes silently, feeding power to my entertainment system (over $5000 in value). Till one day, when a a massive lightning strike nearby disrupted our electricity, and the voltage stabilizer instantly cut off the power supply to all equipment, and saved it all! I ordered an exact same model immediately. Best part -- I checked the old 11 yr old later, and found that it was still in working condition. This is a great product that works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does its job wonderfully I've used this product for at least twenty years (I actually went back and checked my old pictures, and saw it sitting at my PC in a pic from 2004 lol). So longevity is definitely a strength of this product :) It keeps power clean for my PC, and as a computer geek I've sunk a lot of money into my PC so it's good to know it's getting solid, clean power. Definitely worth the purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cheap Insurance I have been using Voltage Regulators since 1995, & selling them since 2001. I knew they worked well, but I always wondered if they could actually handle a lightning stike, now I know. One of my customers was in his living room by his computer, when lightning hit the adjacent kitchen. The pressure from the blast threw him across the room, & the lightning fried his fridge & welded his garden gate shut. Turns out I'd heard the bang from my house almost 3km away (as the crow flies, I measured). It was memorable because it was so loud I thought it hit only a block or 2 away. His computer was on at the time. The computer still worked, & so did the APC AVR. God bless America :)
