Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked for exactly 16 days, warranty? I purchased this machine on 8/21/24, it is now 9/16/24and siting on my desk, not working. This thing went into "Let me scream and cry" mode and would not turn off. I got an error code of F02. Something about a faulty flux capacitor and that a short was detected. It buried itself and even covered itself with dirt. I have searched and searched for the warranty process on this website to no avail. Maybe consider that machines break and that the warranty information should be at least 2 clicks from the home screen. It is no secret that things break, make it a little easier to claim the warranty. I am giving 2 stars for: 1 The original issue of the UPS freaking out 2 Non-existent warranty information 3 No obvious place to claim said warranty 4 Having to write a review for a product that doesn't work just to get some feedback as to what to do in the evet that the machine breaks and having to claim on the warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Usually my go to Usually I would recommend APC as it's always performed better than other brands I've tried, but this unit has had some issues. The smell has not dissipated as quickly as other units, and it has turned itself off during a power outage requiring me to remove the load and battery before it would turn back on.
