Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Solid UPS, the USB ports give enough power to charge most phones that we don't want users connecting to laptops. Enough power to keep everything up including multiple monitors until generator power comes on-line.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect UPS for my home computer setup I selected this UPS for my home laptop, docking station and 2 large monitors. The UPS was tested with my setup and it was rated to last 60+ minutes. Not bad. My home networking equipment is already protected with this same exact UPS. It was tested to last 45 minutes on my networking devices: router, wifi, fiber, Ooma and various IoT devices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good UPS at a good price I've purchased and used various APC UPS products at my home for about 20 years. They have always worked well, and I've never lost any equipment or data to power line problems. I love the form factor of this particular UPS because it fits nicely into a bracket attached to the underside of my wooden desk which helps keep the various power cords organized and off the floor. I also love the 9 outlets which I absolutely require. The companion Power Chute software also works well. I bought this new unit to replace one that had failed after 4 1/2 years of faithful service (UPS broke but the battery was still good). I gave this product only 4 of 5 stars because in my opinion a UPS should last about 3 to 4 three times as long as the lifespan of the internal battery which is about 2 years per battery. So, the UPS should last about 6 to 8 years, not 4 1/2 years as did my previous model. Hopefully, APC addressed any shortcomings in the previous models with this updated model. On the whole, I completely recommend this UPS and APC UPS products in general.
