The Total Access 900 Series of Integrated Access Devices (IADs) provide Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs), Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs), and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) a cost-effective IP network strategy for Voice over IP (VoIP) deployment, with support for legacy equipment.

The Total Access 900 Series provides carriers the ability to deliver Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) trunks, hosted PBX, and other voice and data services such as Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) to small and medium businesses without requiring new phone system investment. Carriers benefit from features such as dynamic bandwidth allocation and G.729a voice compression technology, reducing leased line backhaul costs. End users benefit from the additional VoIP services while making use of their existing equipment, migrating from TDM to VoIP at their own pace. These IADs are the first to incorporate the ADTRAN Operating System (AOS), a fully featured, scalable operating system used in ADTRAN internetworking systems.

ADTRAN Total Access 908 - router - voice card - desktop is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adtran is really the company empowering telecom and the main behind the scenes player for converting SIP to PRI or Analog. It's what makes the world go around behind the Cisco Curtain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had multiple issues with this solution in the past, and ultimately had to remove and replace it with a solution from ShoreTel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good little units that have been fantastic additions to SMB environments with new VOIP systems being installed. Worth your while to consider.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Equipment from a solid vendor, if you are on the Internet chances are good that somewhere along the line, one of their products is working for you. I've worked with everything from TA5000 gear, TA900, Netvanta products, etc. I'm impressed with the reliability, web interface, CLI, compatibility with other network products (VPN, etc.).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid routers. Since ours is managed, I can't comment on working directly with it, but in over two years there hasn't been a single issue. That alone is good enough for me.Oh, and their HQ's cafeteria is pretty good!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It seems like many ISPs are using this brand of router for the device that sits on premise to manage a customer's circuit. They seem to work fine with the exception of one that was sent to us DOA.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They did a great job of setting up our phone system when we moved to their UCC sever. Also the IP402 phones have been good solid phones
