Mission-critical phone support is available 24/7/365, and the typical response time for Priority 1 issues is 30 minutes. The Adobe Platinum support contract covers an unlimited number of incidents and lasts for a year. This product is a renewal contract. It includes Adobe enterprise tools such as Adobe ColdFusion, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Connect™ and Adobe Campaign.
The program offers ten contacts for support and bundled maintenance. You can expand the Adobe Maintenance and Support contract with Technical Account Management services and additional contacts.
