The Gold Support Service Program covers assistance, quick installation and software updates for A10 Networks® products. It includes one year of support, and 24/7 phone assistance is available for the total duration of the A10 Networks support program. You can also choose web-based support. The subscription includes all minor and major feature releases and updates to download under the direction of the A10 technical staff.
With the Gold 24/7 technical support program, the customer can ask for shipment of a new item before returning the broken one if a hardware failure occurs. For requests via email or phone, call before noon and theA10 staff ships the replacement item the same business day using next-business-day delivery. A10 Networks covers all shipping costs.
