The apps and stations that come with the TV are also excellent. I currently do not use a sound system at my apartment because I just moved in, but the sound is pretty good and loud enough for me.

It offers all the main entertainment apps as well as its own samsung tv apps for free content. The image is beautiful and colors are good. Apps I use the most are Netflix, apple tv, HBO max and Hulu. This tv is perfect and my family and I have loved it we bought one for every room and even got one for my parents. The thing my dad likes the most is Bluetooth compatibility with his beats pro headphones. His previous tv did not offer this feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Audio is not good. I had to get a new tv and chose between Sony Lg and Samsung. I chose Samsung and am very disappointed. The Audio on this tv is worse than my Roku tv’s audio. I have to turn it up to 100 to hear well. The menu is not as user friendly as a Roku and also lags out and freezes as well. Very disappointed I have to stick with this TV now because I ordered from target and cannot get a refund.

Love the streaming video game services. Bluetooth enabled so I can connect a controller or even a keyboard.(especially in Dex mode)

I would like to start this review by saying, in case you are new to the Samsung Galaxy or are unaware, Samsung products have never disappointed or failed to enhance my life -in the almost 20+ years, come the year 2026, that I have utilized. Solid products, great features. I would also like to highlight that although I did join the iPhone Wave at the beginning back in '07, after the seven plus and ever piling high issues with iPhones from features not functioning like intended to customer service to everything in between causing massive headaches... I made the choice back when the Galaxy Note 9 was the current model to go back to my roots my love of Samsung. Haven't regretted it once haven't looked back have had any issues and my Samsung Galaxy has grown exponentially since then. The TV that I am reviewing the Samsung 65-in Crystal UHD 2023 model... Is beyond expectation incredible. I already knew from my research that I was getting a great TV for an incredible price red features that admittedly I probably couldn't live without since I'm used to them now and they're part of my daily living, for example Samsung TV Plus... I stopped paying for cable. The picture quality is as the name advice crystal clear and it comes with a ton of features and integrations I did not expect but I am so glad that I have them. Samsung, Y'all keep at it. The most recent feature that I have tried is the ability to game without the need for the console. It blew my mind.

Instructions say M8 20-22mm for bolts because they dont provide any for whatever reason and yet when i buy those bolts they dont work. After waiting to talk to someone from samsung i am informed i need M8 45mm bolts and uses whatever washers i have to make it work. It would be great if the the instructions had the correct information or this billion dollar company could provide the bolts needed.

The product delivers you directly in the program and makes you feel if you are right there. Vibrant, clear, beautiful picture is what you get. Just unbelievable quality. Easy to use controls, and setup was a breeze. I love the connectivity option of controlling your TV via your mobile phone.

The show that broadcast the 4K UHD are amazing. I did purchase a universal remote as the one the TV comes with is quite small and only a few buttons. I wanted one that would be familiar to me like my old remote from a different TV. I watched for sales on TV's and when this one went on sale, I purchased it. It's a simple set up as well. I would suggest this TV for sure.

At the end of a long hard day I look forward to relaxing in front of my new Samsung television. Typically My grandson (5) enjoy some family shows. Bought 2 at Costco and they both had sound issues where the sound would cut out during a film where there was a loud sound. Called Samsung and had to restart the TV but the problem would eventually come back. They wanted to send a tech but I dont have time. The 3rd Tv had problem were there was a mark in the LCD that you would see with bright colors. The 4th TV I got at target worked fine. Very surprised and disappointed. Had no problems with past Samsung TV's. Prior one I had lasted about 10 years.

I invested in the total tech care and had the geek squad come out and set up the TVs as I wanted. Very professional and courteous. I advise anyone to invest in their total tech. You will have free installation on your products you buy from them and it also extends the warranty on all the products. Best money ever spent.

Because I run it through a home entertainment system, switching from streaming to the receiver doesn't make sense, but an easy work around. For a 65" TV for less than $500, I'm more than pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Crystal UHD Is Awesome! I've been only buying Samsung TV's for quite a few years now. I've got an older 43" LED in my bedroom I watch nightly although it doesn't have very many features, but none of them did 15 years ago! My point?! The picture is still just as great and crystal clear with vibrancy you'd see on a newer model. That was my first one and I've been hooked ever since! So, a new Crystal UHD model was a no-brainer! The picture is amazing, the streaming is lightning fast and connected to my new Samsung Atmos surround sound system just puts it over the top! If you can't decide, go to Best Buy (not to buy necessarily) but to stand back and compare picture quality without knowing the brand(s). Find the size you want, start with 5 or 7 models, and just select the ones you think have the best picture. This is easy to do there because they have the best selection, the lighting is great, unlike Walmart or Target where its just too bright and most likely different than what you have in your home. Keep narrowing down the best ones until you have the one you like the best. I guarantee that it's gonna be a Samsung! Start over, do it again and you'll find yourself going back to the same one! I do this with every TV I buy and it hasn't let me down yet! And yes, features are important but to me, picture quality is my #1 reason. And in today's market, features are pretty comparable among different brands. But, you'll never go wrong with any Samsung TV!

The display of screen is one of the best I've experienced if not the best. The tv stand is strong, it does not wiggle or move. Moving from different features/apps is smooth when using the remote. I really love the remote as it is easy to hold and use compare to other remote I've used. Overall, this is the best Smart TV I've bought. Loved it. Worth it.

I'm not sure how others are, but with the Samsung crystal UHD I was able to quickly learn how to use the features and different apps. Once connected to my internet I was able to use the manual to get help with anything I couldn't figure out. It has an amazing picture and the sound quality is also surprisingly good. Works great with all my devices playstation, phone, blue ray player etc. I will continue to purchase samsung televisions anytime I need to in the future after my experience with this one.

We use it to stream shows and movies. The quality of the picture is great, crisp and clear. I am able to read the menus from across the room and the lighting adjusts as expected in order to provide the best picture for the scene. The response when changing between menus and streaming services is quick and seamless which makes the whole experience more enjoyable.

My last smart tv was so much faster and I bought that one almost 5 years ago. Also don't like the inability to pause and/or rewind live TV on certain apps (such as Peacock). Again, older tvs I've owned had this functionality so not sure why it was left out on this one. All in all, not super impressed and glad I got it at a discount for Black Friday

Frustratingly hard to get all the settings right. I have a Disney+ account that includes ESPN+. ESPN+ is nowhere to be found in the apps. Netflix works but there is no sound. I'm sure it's a settings issue but nothing should be this hard.

The picture quality is impressive with vibrant colors and sharp details, making movies and games look great. It's user-friendly, with the Tizen OS offering plenty of streaming apps to choose from. The design is sleek and fits well in most living rooms. While the sound could be better, it's nothing a soundbar can't fix. Overall, for the cost, you're getting a good deal.

The TV isn't very heavy compared to the size, which is great for moving! I was also pleasantly surprised with the extra features, like the remote access from my phone and also the Samsung TV Plus streaming service that is already included. Overall, this has been a great TV and I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

I was able to complete the set up and internet connection within 20 minutes. The media controls were easy to access and function. The Bluetooth connection was a key feature and reason I purchased the unit and it works very well with my devices.

The only issue I have is sometimes it freezes and you have to turn it off and back on for it to start working again. Overall I love my Samsung TV!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Direct Purchases take too long and arrive damaged! DON'T ORDER DIRECTLY WITH SAMSUNG! Before ordering this TV I'd seen some really bad reviews on how their preferred courier service, AGS was really bad...and they lived up to expectations. I got lucky in the sense that only one delivery appointment was cancelled, but still had to wait 2 weeks from order. But having seen so many reviews with pictures of damaged deliveries I asked the drive to open the box when two puncture marks were spotted. As feared there was at least one massive puncture hole through the front of the TV screen, which had I not made him open the box, I'd be stuck with for God knows how long trying to get it picked up, returned and replaced. That's now a journey I'll clearly have to take just to get my refund. I want to be clear, I LOVE Samsung products, especially their TV's, but their business is simply not built for direct to customer service. Buy at a local store, online with BestBuy and others, or Costco. Just save yourself the time, money and hassle and DO NOT purchase large electronic items from Samsung directly, as you'll be frustrated in both receiving it in a timely fashion and in one piece.

For the price you pay, i believe we are getting best of the best in this product. And when paired with the S22 Ultra I am having, the ecosystem works like a charm. Thanks Samsung for this product.

It only has a button for Amazon and Netflix. Also, the sleep function is very difficult to get to through the settings, I think every TV remote should have a dedicated sleep function button, if it had the sleep button, I would give it five stars

Catching up on shows and also for our two toddlers to get their screen time in watching Peppa Pig and blues clues! Works amazing for all our needs. I can pick from the tons of free channels, movies log in to Netflix, Hulu, ESPN or just screen mirror whatever else straight from my iPhone or ipad. Very easy to use and setup this tv does it all. I use it for playing my Nintendo Switch games. When we have family and friends over, we watch soccer and football. The picture quality and resolution is great. I purchased this one because it came with the option to upgrade, and believe me that I will upgrade to the next model.

This is a great super flat almost borderless TV screen, the images is really clear and besides the short distance I have it placed to the couch it doesn't hurt my eyes. Its menu features are great, sound quality is really defined for tv speakers. The only things I do not like, All SAMSUNG TVs have the same issue with accessing the sleep timer, please add a shortcut for that feature. Compatibility issues with some streaming devices such as firestick. The source selection...is not as simple as before. Besides all that, it is an amazing screen for your Livingroom.

Decided to try the Tizen format after not finding a Roku TV at the size & price I wanted. I found all the apps I needed and navigating is a breeze. The smart features are not so smart. No volume control without using an app. Not yet figured out how to remove over the air antenna channels. Not yet figured out how to switch easily between my Roku Ultra, over air and smart Samsung channel. My Roku no longer has the volume control over the Roku remote.

What was terrible on this one is the lack of instructions, or directions as where to find them online. After all the frustration of trying to learn, and set this one up it may be my last Samsung. Not sure why they can't put clear and detailed instructions with the tv. Charge $5 more and include them!!

As for the remote, it took me three days to figure out how to change the volume I had to hook it up to my Bose speaker And also navigating between TV DVD player Amazon fire stick had to figure that out it’s only been three weeks so hopefully I will master remote I mostly use it to turn on and off the TV or when I want to use my fire stick or DVD player. as for the TV it’s great

My only issue is the remote randomly disconnects from the tv which causes me to have to restart the tv. Also some apps crash at times but start again once i restart the tv. The cumbersome part is every time TV is turned on, going to Home is needed to get to streaming channels and Cox. Takes time and is easy to make a mistake and highlight wrong section as shown by minimal outline. Also, volume must be on 100% most times, even when I select enhanced, for lack of another term, audio options. The screen clarity is really no better than the year 2015 model 65 " Samsung I traded in. So in a nutshell, this product could be better. But is tolerable.

They do well trying to hook you to every company. To buy something. Sound is mediocre at best. But it is supposedly great if you also buy their sound bar. I am hearing impaired so I do wish the speakers were on the front of the tv and not the back. The Home Screen is easy to navigate. It also has a Samsung TV Plus app and I watch it a lot. It had a lot of my favorite shows in it. I have owned other brands but this Samsung is by far the best tv I have owned.

I purchased a 65 inch CU7000 in early August of 2023, and by November of 2023, the tv wouldn’t turn on. I tried every troubleshooting trick I could find, determined that it wasn’t any of the outlets in my house, but nothing worked. And, I’m talking I spent probably four hours researching and troubleshooting BEFORE reaching out to Samsung. And, while we’re on the topic, Samsung makes its VERY difficult to contact anyone about any issues you may have. Anyway, I finally reach someone, describe my issue, let them know my TV is under warranty until August of 2024, they finally tell me that they’ll schedule a tech to come out and diagnose the issue and conduct a repair. Perfect, no big deal. The next day, they text me that there are no service centers in my area and they’ll have to make other accommodations. Again, not a super huge deal. I do what they ask of me (send them a PDF of my receipt showing the date/place of purchase, TV type, and total amount paid. Thats when they stopped responding to me. So, now I have a basically brand-new 65inch tv that does not turn on, and customer service that does everything it can to NOT be helpful. Mind you, this TV was three-months old when it just stopped turning on (and again, I had ALL of my outlets tested so it’s not a power-supply issue). It could absolutely be a manufacturer defect, in which case Samsung should have been more helpful in replacing the TV, especially because it is STILL UNDER WARRANTY FOR ANOTHER SEVEN MONTHS. I love Samsung TV’s, and I exclusively purchase and use Samsung TV’s. But this experience has made me re-think utilizing ANY Samsung products in the future, for the pure and simple fact that their customer service is an absolute joke.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gift from my children. This smart TV has beautiful colors and a sharp picture. I enjoy watching a variety of programs and as I am very hard of hearing the closed caption feature is a plus. I chose animals as a screen saver and the images are incredible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture but, some missing features The overall audio is hit and miss. Sometimes it's fine and then on a different channel I have to turn the volume up to 45+ to be able to hear anything. Also, switching from Amazon TV, I miss having a speak into the remote option.

The color is also eye popping best Iv’e seen in a while. We installed the set in the den and my wife says it’s her tv she watches all her favorite programs on it. The remote is easy to use and so far we are enjoying this Samsung product.

This is my first Samsung. It will definitely not be the last. Excellent features. Excellent quality. Could not be happier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best TV I have owned to date! The picture and sound are fantastic. The gaming hub works flawlessly with my Nintendo switch and Xbox. The remote has a bit of a learning curve to it but is easy once you get used to it. The size (65 in) is perfect for our living room . I bought this because it was a great price and worth every penny and more. I have owned only Samsung tvs for the last 12 years and this is my third. Each time I have upgraded I gave my old tv to a family member in need because they still worked perfectly. My daughter is now using my 55 in TU7000 and it works just as good today as when I bought it and I have no doubt that this tv will be just a good. Samsung is all I buy. My tvs, blueray play, vacuum cleaner, tablets, phones, etc are all Samsung. This tv makes me even happier to be a part of the Samsung family!

I purchased my TV late last year and its my 3rd Samsung TV not because they have failed me but because I moved and my parents loved the TV so much I left it with them. So easy to use with a crystal clear view, I love it. I will be purchasing another one soon for my bed room. Like I said its easy to use, easy to connect to the Wifi and add all my favorite apps. I also enjoy the built in Samsung TV programming where I can watch regular Tv and news, very convenient. Overall great product, great service.

My other, (older), 65 inch Samsung is able to use a universal TV remote that allows a great deal more functions. Is there a remote I can purchase that has more features than the smart remote that it comes with. One with a number key pad would be most useful Samsung 65CU7000D

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy with this Cost Effective Samsung There were a cuple of other brands I was considering within the same price point, I am happy I chose the Samsung. Good UI, easy to use, easy to set up and connects to my Google account to make setup faster. Good picture quality, and I haven't tried, but looks like I can connect a bluetooth controller and play Xbox live, looking to try that option next. Works pretty well with my Mac Air using Airplay, for work and movies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible picture Worst tv ever! Picture is blurry, grainy and it freezes. Even 4k movies look terrible. I try to unplug/plugin from the wall. Still the picture looks bad. Called support, we tried to fix it for almost 2 hours of my time. Worked for a very short, now it's back, terrible picture and restarting it. She said call us if doesn't fix and will have a tech come and work on it. Pointless he will do exactly what the phone tech did. I purchased this tv 12/23/23 at a best buy in florida to late to return or replace now. Stuck with this terrible tv.

Picture is excellent, audio initially confusing with sound bar and TV Headphones but have learned the features, Sound Bar cannot be on with Headphones, different from 2014 Samsung. Picture quality is outstanding! Dislike new Samsung remote, purchased traditional Samsung remote from Amazon!

I use the tv for movies and streaming. I haven't tried the gaming yet, because I have to be conscious about data usage. I love the samsung hub because there is so much to watch! The picture is great for me. I can usually get content even when my data is being restricted, which was impossible with my old tv. I am so glad I bought this tv! Great buy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really nice TV! We bought this TV while it was on sale and we wanted to upgrade our living room unit. We watch our shows, sports, and game online on it. The quality of the picture is incredible with next to no lag in gaming. I would recommend a sound bar for more of a premium audio experience but for our smallish living room the built-in speakers are more than adequate. We are incredibly happy with this TV and would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering a new purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic picture and sound. This television is a solid product with fabulous picture quality and fantastic sound quality. The wifi and gaming are superb and the available apps are so many you will never run out of things to watch or do. The only drawback was the leds for backlighting were not working out of the box but for the price I can't complain.
