Rated 1 out of 5 by from It is not possible to mount this TV on a Wall Samsung decided to require an unusual screw to mount to the back of this TV, and then was to cheap to add the $4 worth of screws needed to attach to the flimsy plastic on the back of this TV. Most M4 screws are 10 mm in length. This TV requires a M4 screw that is p, get this, between 20.9 and 21.9 mm long. Try to find those anywhere. Totally disgusted with Samsung and BestBuy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Picture, Terrible Audio This TV has an awesome picture but I should have believed the reviews about the audio sound. I bought this (7/18) for my bedroom on which I mostly watch News shows in the morning. The audio has a terrible vibration that is so annoying. I'm not talking about vibration from bass in movies or music rather from just news commentators speaking! Have tried adjusting through controls (sound equalizer) and having Samsung customer service adjust via remote control. Was told my only option is to take into an authorized service center since only 40" or above has in house service covered under warranty. Well the service center is too far away and I speculated this is not a repairable problem so I have decided to get an inexpensive sound bar instead. So factor that into your decision/budget when buying this TV. The good thing is that the TV has both HDMI and Optical cable outlets which are the best for sound bars.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great TV Limited Apps Issues w/Connection I have 2 of these TVs 1 I bought 3 months ago another 6 months. I love the Samsung smart TV's mostly because they have good picture and are compatible with my phone. My old TV had a lot of App options, this one is VERY limited. I hope they do an update soon to add more apps. I stuck with them because of my old TV was great, but now there's little workout apps and they seem to cater to the big stream movie apps now. And both TVs kick off of the WIFI randomly and don't automatically sign into my Samsung account, it's really annoying to set up each time!
