Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use interior digital antenna; avoid junk channels TV is great but I don't need all those silly channels of junk TV (laughing). Instead, I use an indoor digital antenna to pull in the major networks at no cost. The folks at the Samsung tech chat line didn't know much about using an interior digial antenna so I was pretty much on my own for installation. But it was pretty straightforward, using what I'd learned in a similar installation in my previous non-smart TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good TV; more support for digital antenna install Great TV; I'm very pleased. Glad I did not purchase the upgraded sound system. It would have been nice but it was pricey. And I don't watch a lot of movies or listen to lots of music. Mainly I watch network shows. Samsung tech support needs to become more familiar with digital antenna set up. Tech support seems to only know the usual things that favor Samsung TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wait 2-3 weeks to use new QLED over remote? TV is going in a sunlit room so excited to see how it preforms after all the good reviews. Well I guess I'll be waiting awhile longer. Halfway through the setup the screen would freeze. Samsung tech support diagnosed a faulty remote. OK it happens, but best solution is replacement will be shipped 10-20 days? Excellent customer service would be "we'll have one overnighted!

I've never used a sound bar so not sure if I want or need one Yet. So far I am NOT disappointed at all. I happen to get a very good deal for this TV. Half off so totally happy about (the cost) that Deal. Only $788.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not impressed. It's a nice TV and has a lot of features but it's slow! My old 2011 55" Toshiba LED is comparable to this TV. For $1900 on Samsung website I expected a lot more. Flipping through the guide causes over-the-air channels to buffer which makes no sense to me. The voice recognition is slow and not easy to use. The remote has a built in solar charger which is cool except it's on the back side of the remote so now I have to get into the habit of leaving it upside down to keep battery charged.

The pic is great and the glare on the screen is gone in my sunroom ,So far the pic and sound are fantastic with no issues or glitches ! my only gripe with the tv is the remote does not lite up so using it in the dark will take some practice!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware WARNING: If your TV is mounted on the wall and has issues, you are responsible for removing it from the wall in order for it to be serviced. Not an idea option for two senior citizens. Not my fault the new Samsung TV has a black rectangular box continually on the screen. Their customer service is brutal to work with. Each time I called I got a different story. Side note - the service they use for their "professional Installation" was a nightmare.

It sits on a wall in a living room with lots of outside light. The coolers are not prominent at all. My 1st year lg oled that was going out had just as good coloring. Bought this to replace and I definitely regret it. Picture is good detail but overall not worth it.

The colors are average at best and the brightness even makes the tv looked washed. I bought this to replace a first gen lg oled that the colors were going in. That one was still just as good as this. Picture is sharp on this one but not enough to help with the color

Sports are to die for, nature or travel shows are like being there. It's just crazy good! I had 2 high end SONYs before getting this Samsung, as it beat that competition and costs less doing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The first smart tv that is smart I was impressed with this tv from the start. The stand on this tv is the sturdiness stand ever. I replaced a 2 year old Samsung hoping to get rid of the sunlight glare and this was advertised to do this. Before you can watch the tv you have to set it up and when you turn it on it immediately asked if you wanted to set it up manually or use your smartphone. I know what it is to set it up manually and I did not want to search for login information and the passwords, so I chose setting it up with my smartphone. Best decision I ever made. The screen told me to turn on my phone and to open the samsung app. Then the screen told me to wait while it loaded all the apps it needed and logged me I to all of them. I didn't even have to login into my wifi. I was watching tv in less than 10minutes. Amazing! I've read bad reviews about the advertising but with a quick search of the settings I was able to fix this issue with a few clicks and now it works just like my old tv. So now when I turn it on it immediately goes to xfinity. If I use the remote thatcame with the tv and hit the home button it automatically shows the last show you watched and you can choose that or go to one of the apps like Netflix or Prime. It is extremely easy to use. This upgrade was a vast improvement over my older samsung. The picture is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this tv to anybody.

The wifi enabled functions and streaming have been flawless with our home router. Love the direct to internet ability. This set does more than we've yet discovered.

Brightness in a room does not affect the picture quality (take a look at the pic!) The sound is incredible, I am hearing things I had not heard before in shows, like even distinct background sounds. We were considering a sound bar but after purchasing this TV, there is no need for one! Thanks Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Technology upgrade We use our Samsung for general viewing, shows, movies, sports, casting from our phones, FT calls, etc. Coming from a 12 year old plasma with no technology to this was a huge win for us. We stream everything and are very happy with the quality of the picture. The TV is bright, too bright for some, but easily adjusted. Many of the features are adjustable and the premade and smart features are there to fill most any need. The only hiccup I had was one of the smart features was conflicting with YouTube TV startup. I found the problem and turned off the low-use feature for the fix. I am very pleased with the purchase with only one ask. The next iteration of this TV should have a better speaker setup.

It is the third replacement because of previous screen issues such as dead pixels and even dead panels....... This last one was the only one that works but unfortunately it has three lines where the panels can be seen and gives a dirty screen effect. When the scene in a game or film is bright white or lighter it ruins the entire image

I have paired it with a Samsung soundbar for awesome sound (it was OK with out the soundbar - no complaints). It has lots of inputs and options. I use a Chromecast TV over the Samsung options for streaming etc. But I don't think that would be limited to Samsung (meaning not because the interface is horrible - it just isn't as good for me).

I have never seen such black blacks or bright colors. viewing some of the youtube 4k hdr demo videos shows what this thing can really do! there is one video of a sunrise that is just breathtaking. the sun comes up and is so bright, I actually find myself squinting as if it was a real sunrise. and viewing a brightly lit object against a black background almost appears three dimensional. hdr content is so realistic I feel I am "in" the movie.

Easy setup, excellent color, sound quality is adequate, the stand is extremely substantial, Samsung TV Plus is better than sliced bread for those living in areas without good cable or satellite service. The directions could be a tad larger print for our aging generation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love, but… after doing extensive research i decided it was time to upgrade with the 55” qn90b. the tv is beautiful and the sound quality is great as well. here’s the reason for the three star rating; a tech has to come out one day after unboxing. i’m hopeful they can fix the issue as it’s more of a nuisance than an actual performance issue. but now i’m concerned that since it’s glitching already that this is something i might be dealing with going forward. every time i turn on the tv i am notified that i need to go into service mode. that is something i can’t do and a tech has to do. other than that the tv is beautiful.

Insane that they would do this. light sup whole room at night. no useful purpose at all.. just wastes electricity and annoying at night.

Thw picture is so crystal clear it's stunning, I was watching avengers endgame in imax 4k and my jaw was on the floor almost the entire time thw movie was on. Pair this with a samsung surround system and it's just like you're at the movie theater!

This may very well be the best bang for your buck tv on the market right now. Definitely be buying a smaller one for the bedroom as well. Kudos to Samsung displays.

Has the HDMI port and VRR needed to get the most out of the PS5 and Xbox Series X. Obviously it's more gorgeous than last years and the years before, but the BRIGHTNESS!!! I can see everything even in an over lit room, but at night or in very low light you REALLY see how crazy bright it gets! You can probably even watch this outside in direct sunlight hitting it from all angles lol. What else can I say? You know it connects your Samsung phone and the smart washer and dryer you should have already have... Just buy it! It's worth the upgrade!

You can't go wrong with this one. Settings are rich in feature's which allow you to dial in the best picture and sound, especially if you have a Samsung Sound bar. We have had this TV for 3 months or so and love it. Can't go wrong with Samsung.

We have a ps5, Xbox series x and a gaming PC all hooked up to the Samsung We used to have a Sony oled but we let it go for the neo and was blown away by the picture quality! Latency, input lag everything best I've seen hdr never stops amazing us We use a 4k player too and the movies are like your there! Thank you Samsung for a totally awesome product!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture, broken audio i have this tv with a hw-q600 soundbar, and tv has a major flaw in processing audio through the hdmi inputs. the audio significantly lags the video such that it drives you crazy trying to watch anyone speak on the television. there are no settings available that allow you to speed up the audio to match the video. this problem exists whether it is a cable box or samsung blu-ray attached through hdmi. the problem does not exist when streaming programming to the tv. i have the latest firmware and switched cables, but nothing has helped cure this significant audio flaw.

We’re thrilled with the Neo QLED picture detail and color saturation of our set, especially when enjoying a show that’s originated in 4K. It also does a great job of maximizing the picture quality of shows not coming from a 4K source. A little pricey, but we’ll worth the extra money over a non Neo set. GREAT job Samsung!!

Learned to power off/reset using the remote. Sometimes have to do that a few times before you get connection back. During this time we have another TV with streaming via firestick that does not have this issue. Other than the above issue the TV is Great!

It's bright even though there's direct sunlight coming out, it plays video games very vibrantly and keeps up with them, and I really like the solar power remote. I have had TVs from other makers in the past of which I will not give the name but they were very popular and those TVs do not hold a candle to this TV in my opinion. It has more than enough USBS and HDMI cables ports for anyone as well as the remote can control almost any device which I love. If you have Samsung devices like I do, you can connect your phone or headphones or watch or some other Bluetooth to it with no problem as well as an external speaker and it will perform effortlessly. I highly recommend this particular TV and to watch it for high posting movies is an experience all itself. This is highly recommended and you would be a fool not to get this particular television.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around performance TV is in a very bright loft area with multiple seating angles. Very rarely is tv washed out due to light, or glare. Occasionally the glare is noticeable but not awful... Colors are vibrant without being overdriven. Some artifacting in fast moving and 1080p. Hdtv off air is challenging at best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replaced my plasma I do a lot of streaming all day on this TV. It’s mounted on our fireplace so I also use a picture loop from YouTube with a frame I made around it. This replaced a plasma Samsung I had before which had great picture quality and I was very happy getting this tv with its appearance and quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Damaged TV bezel received the tv and the left side has what appears to be a drill hole. this was under the plastic wrap, which suggests it was done during manufacturing and still allowed to be shipped to the consumer (me). also, the full screen samsung experience looks more like a firetv setup. no way to minimize or reduce its full screen appearance. you also cannot remove preset apps, even if you do not plan to use them. after spending months researching what i wanted in my next tv, very disappointed in the product i received.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture quality is amazing We were looking for a top of the line OLED TV and I narrowed my choice between this TV and The LG C1. The C1 being a true OLED had better contrast ratio however the QLED technology can get significantly brighter especially in our living room with many windows. You can notice the true blacks mimicking a 100% OLED screen and the colors are so vivid, which is where the brightness plays a huge effect. The local dimming feature makes moves more realistic in dark scenes, focusing light on attention which is how the movies intended it to be. The brightness and clarity makes watching sports very entertaining. The build quality of the TV is excellent from the thin width to the edges of the screen. The middle stand design allows for more space on a surface and allows the perfect height to hide a sound bar blending it with the TV. The Q symphony features which adds additional enhanced sound matched from the TV to the Samsung surround sound system is a must have. LG’s meridian soundbar is also impressive however their subwoofer is disappointing. Samsungs Atmos sound bar with their subwoofer creates a life-life experience for their movies. You certainly can’t beat the value Samsung offers for this unit with their sound system.

I love the image and everything i can do with it , like changing it to standard or movie, etc as well as the volume that can adapt auto or I can customize it.

Samsung warranty repair call is nightmare , multiple corporate layers refuse to refund money , take tv back or replace it . No broken screen people , it's design flaw so common Samsung run out of replacement parts . It's like buying yourself headache and being held hostage by corporate drones shifting responsibility to "them " - "they " make decision -"they haven't updated warranty repair screen . Brand beware!
