Sound system is way better than my old TCL TV, usually my wife using TV as music speaker when she prepare go out. 2. Graphic is high end quality. 3. Weight is lighter than I thought so it's easy to carrying around. 4. Remote control is small and slim also it's rechargeable with C-Type cable like galaxy cellphone! That's another crazy part. 5. TV cord is think which means it takes less electricity. Con 1. There's no mount screws comes with so I had to buy separately (size will be M8 it's pretty thick) 2. When I watch movie screen cut a bit up and down side the most movie and drama aspect ratio doesn't fit on TV on full screen (probably I don't know how to setup right size of screen?) This TV is unbelievable and worth every penny. TRUST ME JUST GET IT!!!

But after I got it all set up and programmed my streaming stuff into it, I was pleasantly surprised by the picture! I know Samsung screens are the best around and this one is no different! I absolutely love this television! I even started watching TV in the bedroom (which is where this one ended up) because it has a better picture than my huge living room TV, a curved screen Samsung from many years ago, which is still amazing but not 4K to the degree of the new one! The images are crisp and perfect. You can see every movement on the screen just like it is in real life as well. There is no blurring or anything even when the movement is very quick or intense. It is basically everything I wanted and, in addition, had a much more impressive display than I was expecting to get! So run out and check for yourself! This one is a keeper!

The picture is great. 4K movies are mind blowing vibrant contrast the filmmaker mode adds a perfect accuracy to the colors and depth of the picture. Once I signed into my Samsung account the Samsung TV Plus app loaded all my local news programing. The brightness and clarity of the screen while playing my online games is far better than I expected. Great job on this 4K TV Samsung.

This TV has completely redefined what a premium viewing experience means. If you are looking for a television that delivers jaw-dropping picture quality, then this is it. It truly transforms any content, whether it's the latest 4k movie or a simple cable broadcast. The color on this panel is simply magnificent. They are incredibly vibrant and accurate, and the sheer brightness makes HDR content explode off the screen. Details are sharp, the contrast is excellent. I love the sound it makes it sound like you have a sound bar attached. I love the remote control it is easy to setup the tv and the channels. Plenty of app's were available and it was easy to add more apps to the list. If you are upgrading or setting up a new main television, the Samsung QLED is an fantastic investment.

I bought this TV to replace a 6yr old Samsung LED that was a workhorse for me however has seen better days. There was really no functional issues except there was this ever slowly gaining black shadow that took over half the screen. My new TV has increased my interest of viewing my favorite HD shows due to the vivid colors and natural tones. The audio is pretty good as well. The ease of installation was great. The apps worked after a software update and then after I was in business. Great price and the Samsung name gave me insurance for another 6years or more. A DEFINITE BUY. NO REGRETS!

Although 60Hz isn’t bad. I usually prefer much higher, but I must say this looks just as good if not better than my Samsung with a much much lighter refresher rate. Thank you for this magnificent TV. It’s absolutely perfect. We just moved and I was going to buy one. With all the moving expenses I couldn’t be more pleased with this TV. I really love it! Thank you! I am still finding out more and more about this Television capabilities. I love the solar-powered remote. No more batteries. I found out little tips that makes my TV more than a TV, on U-tube. Most of my electronics are Samsung, and all of them are can act as one, like finding the remote or cell phone and you can use the Smart function with your entire house smart items. The picture comes out so beautifully. A big plus, has hundreds of free channels. I love Westerns programing and Samsung has channels showing the classic shows only, like Death Valley days, Wanted dead or Alive, and on and on. All kinds of programs and movies and more movies. Hundreds of free live TV, HUNDREDS! I don't play games that much. This TV has the games, I am 54 years old, and found these games tempting to tried out, but I am too busy catching up on movies and TV shows. This may take years to do.

The picture is sharp and bright, and I haven’t had any connectivity issues. The sound is decent for casual viewing, though I may add a soundbar eventually for movies. For the price, I really can’t complain. It does exactly what I need it to do.

By this, I mean that if the PC is hibernating and not emitting HDMI, the TV will not recognize it when it comes online.

On shows with night or dark scenes I could barely see the picture no matter where my tv was in the room. Now my Samsung tv provides a great picture no matter the image. I also love the variety on the free Samsung TV Plus channel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from QLED SMART TV I like this TV very much, the picture quality is exemplary but I do have one issue with this product. The remote is seriously deficient! It runs on solar cells for power, so if one leaves it next to the bed overnight theres a good chance it will run out of power and seriously degrade the tv viewing experience upon turning the set on the next day. I purchased a battery operated substitute remote and now all's well. samsung should do better and ditch the solar remote, utilize a universal battery operated remote.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Innovations in this television are amazing The first thing that excited me about this new Samsung TV was that it connected to my phone and I didn't have to do all that mundane configuring of the television set. By talking to my phone, the television set found the Wi-Fi and new the password and most of the things we used to have to do manually was done intelligently through what I assume was AI. The picture is incredible. I have been watching a Samsung LED high definition television from 2015 and didn't have a clue of what the resolution was for 4K.

I chose the Q7F because of the QLED picture quality and the upscaling feature. I watch a lot of old tv shows and movies and it really brings them to life. It was the perfect size for my space and a decent price for all of its features.

I was a little disappointed that the TV doesn't have a turn on timer as this serves as a wake up alarm for me. Luckily I was able to set up a turn on "routine" using the SmartThing app which also works to incorporate my Samsung washer/dryer and Genie garage door openers along with other household appliances.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV great but programing lacking greatly I like viewing local (ant.) programs and this unit works well. Shows and videos I stream also are of high resolution and audio. The selection of apps/etc. is way short of desirable. Most I have no interest in, others cost. If I want a video, I'll buy a disc. A problem also exists with the menu selection on ant. I will try to select a program that is well under way and the unit wants to setup a time to tell me the program is starting (when it already has). The remote will often skip channels or apps when I've pressed the control only once.

Features are a little confusing at first but then after playing around with it, they become easier. The only downside was the sound. Cheap speakers with poor quality sound. We will have to add a sound system to improve sound quality.

It is easy to install however the account setting part takes a bit too long. I think may people might skip it all together but I took time to do it. If it can be shorter I think that would be great. It came with solar power remote. It is a great concept. So far so good, we have been charging it by the window every day. For the TV performance side, pretty good tv, crips and clean. I was able to connect with my other account from all the streaming providers.

Also, there was no optical connection, only HDMI eARC, so we ended up buying a new soundbar that was compatible. Old optical only soundbar went in the office with an older TV. All is well now!

However, I have mine connected to external speakers using Bluetooth. Pairing them to the TV was a snap. I use Roku and the that works seamlessly as well. We have 4 new Samsung TV’s, each a different size to match the room they are in. That paired with our Samsung phones makes everything so more enjoyable. From the pictures to the sounds, the accuracy, auto brightness and resolution makes the Samsungs stand out. The vibrancy makes the pictures stand out. You can tell I’m not the most technical person, I am just a guy very satisfied with my Samsungs. We tried other top brands and decided Samsung is the best all around and it deserved to be our only choice.

I had to wait to set this up while undergoing serious medical treatments, including blood transfusions, which made immediate installation impossible. As soon as I was able, I prioritized having the TV mounted for my daughter, only to find the internal display was shattered upon powering it on. Despite this being a brand-new unit, Samsung refused to offer a replacement or any real assistance. They claimed I waited too long to report the damage, completely ignoring the reality of a major medical recovery. Their only 'solution' was to open a service ticket that requires a $120 trip fee just for a technician to show up—not including the actual repair, which costs as much as a brand-new TV. It is heartbreaking to have a child excited for a new TV only to be met with a broken screen and a company that hides behind rigid scripts instead of showing basic human decency. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually supports its customers during life’s hardest moments. I will never buy a Samsung product again.

But I recently found out that Samsung TV has a pokemon channel, and I've been watching pokemon between watching other stuff. The picture is amazing, it's bright and colorful, and just so pretty. I did have to do a factory reset after getting some weird notifications, but ever since, it's been fine.

Unplug and wait for about 30 seconds, plug it back in, and it should turn on. This has been the biggest issue. Also, from time to time, I get the spinning white circle which I assume it is buffering.

Connectivity is easy to navigate. Excellent picture with bright colors and excellent viewing in family room from many different angles. I was kinda reluctant to take my neighbor at his recommended word, but, after having it for only 3 weeks, im glad I did. Getting use to everything its capable of doing has been so easy to figure out and remember that I now doubt that I'll ever settle for any other brand t.v. except for Samsung. The picture quality is astounding, I have guests commenting about it all the time. This makes my 5th Samsung tv and would not own anything else. I currently own 3 and I am still using my first one which is 17 years old. You just can’t go wrong this brand. Love my Samsung TV’s .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed IMO it is dull. I took 1 star off for the remote - fortunately I had an older Samsung remote with separate labeled buttons. I subtracted another star for lack of brightness. I have owned for almost a week and have explored and adjusted all settings. I just can't get it any brighter. I should have heeded a professional review that rated the TV as 5.9 out of 10 due to the number of NITS being low and a dim picture, especially in bright rooms. The 43" Crystal display is brighter and just as good of a picture. The QLED is not worth the extra $.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The picture is clear as can be. Finally decided to upgrade to a SmartTV, sure wish I was as smart as the TV as I am technology challanged. Set up was fairly easy. Not sure if the TV is now registered. While the TV was registering, somethingbpopped up that covered the resitration number, then the registration disappeared. I quickly got used to the larger size, my old TV was only 26 inches. Got help from my neighbor's son to explain how to adjust the volume and change channels. It's been nice until I lost electricity and the "guide" no longer lists the name of shows. And I don't have my local channel 8. Will have to call the Geek Squad to help find channel 8 and figure out how to list names of shows. Sure wish the instructions were printed larger.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the third Samsung TV bought in five years I have had three samsung t v's in the last five years and each one has gotten better and better.. It's a great option to have Samsung TV with over 300 channels. To choose from, it is so easy to use. It's hooked up to my phone and I can just hit the TV button on my cell phone, which is also a Samsung and it instantly plays to my wide screen. My one complaint about the new 43 inch Q L. E! D. it no longer has a sound output for my surround sound system. The others had it. I've looked on YouTube and there is an adapter to go into the HMDI. That should work to my stereo surround sound speakers. I'm hoping to find the adapter I need for that. The sound quality is sufficient. But I like my music to boom. Looking forward to getting my surround sound and subwoofer hooked up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Arrived Broken and Coudnt return it with no refund I received the TV and spent so much on it, then when I tried to turn it on, it was broken from within, showing white and red circles only, and Samsung wouldnt take it back or give me a refund. The way it was damaged was clearly a factory defect since there was no external damage. Its a pity, then reading the reviewes, apparently a lot of folks received theirs broken as well and could not return it. tsk. Least they could have done was replace it

My only complaint is how difficult it is to get to Paramount + . Doesn't even show it. It also makes using an Amazon firestick a pain. Besides that it is a great tv, just wish they hadn't used ups for delivery, didn't receive updates even going through the apps and finally noticed it by the front door after 6pm. Guess they couldn't figure out the doorbell

I don't like the remote that came with the tv. It is definitely not user friendly, so I will have to purchase a better one. I am trying to figure out how to adjust the music and sounds around the voices, because it is way to loud and I have to turn it up when the other sounds are on and back down when they are done. Very irritating.

Supposedly it is able to be replaced but they cannot tell me for sure until they receive it and check it out. So I can’t leave a review about how the TV actually works.

Your people need to understand that there are older customers out there who do not know how to use their smartphone, let alone understand the instructions given on screen. I'm 86 years old and I am about 50 percent in use of smartphones and computers. But I personally know other people my age and even younger who do not have any idea how to navigate. The instructions need to keep them in mind.
