Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dumbest smart TV. Dumbest smart TV to date. Give us back the old smart TV as an option. All this new free crap on the screen is a huge time waste. Having to sign up to get half the options on the TV to work is mind numbing. I replaced a 7 or 8 year old samsung that just simple worked. Shame I didn't read the reviews before I bought. Give us an option to turn all that crap you've added off. I need the HDMI inputs and the actual TV tuner without the 1000 free ones you add to it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Picture My mom got this for my birthday and wow does it have amazing picture quality. I have been admiring her since she brought one back in January. I just hooked up my game console to it last week and wow the gaming side of the tv is truly amazing. The quality and sound (even without the soundbar. I don't have one yet but I have played it on hers, sound bar is amazing as well) coming from the tv, sounds like I'm holding my Nintendo Switch in my hands not playing it on the tv. I have nothing by praise and yes I would recommend this TV to anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pairs great with my new s24 ultra The experience once you pair and connect you s24 ultra phone opens a futuristic world of subversive entertainment you can screen share your phone to the TV and vice versa cast what's on your TV back to your phone with plenty of controls and features in the built in remote app. My 8k 120 fps captured videos and photos and let's not forget hdr the quality is like filming a movie. Let's not forget the sound bar that syncs up with both devices automatically and the ability to multi task for example separate app sounds feature I can play nursery rhymes and select an external device output my portable speaker in the babies room why casting YouTube kids from my device to the living room while I browse emails or pay bills.

The speakers on this TV are great, has great sound for any and all types of home entertainment!! Whether ypur gaming, watching TV series, movies, cable or any other type of entertainment on this device, you'll be more than pleased!!! By far my favorite TV by Samsung so far! Almost all my electronics are Samsung because they have yet to fail me. Even when there is a problem samsung support easily helps you fix the problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Q60C 32" Television Has a Very Clear Picture. This television is in the kitchen, so it is used every day since I am there quite a bit. Cable channels come in very clearly. The thin bezel is nice coming from a 2013 television which had a much wider bezel. The remote is nice, and is easy to recharge with a USB C cable or via the solar panel on the back. Take a look -- this is a very nice television. Late at night, I do not watch TV with the lights on. It is impossible to SEE the functions on the remote. What engineering wizard developed this remote? IMO they FAILED IN DESIGN

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have had Samsung TVs for several years. My bedroom TV died and I decided to get an upgraded model and chose the 32" QLED. Yes, image is a bit better than the old TV., sound not as good. After about 5 months of using it, I decided to get a soundbar. This is when I found out the HDMI 3 (eARC) port was defective. The other 2 HDMI ports work fine. I contacted Samsung as the TV is under warranty. They did not make it easy for me to get the TV repaired. A tech cannot do a home repair because it is "just a 32" TV." The option to send it via UPS is not an option for a 32" TV. The closest Samsung authorized repair shop is 130 miles away. The only option for "just a 32" TV" to get repaired under the warranty is to physically take the TV to the repair shop. I will need to lose 2 days of work if I decide to have the defective TV repaired because it takes about 2.25 hours each way (total 4.5 hours) travel, drop it off, go back another day to pick it up. How is this good customer service? Especially when the product received was defective. The only reason I found out it was defective was because I wanted to connect the soundbar via hdmi cable. Was the upgrade from a regular 32" Samsung TV to the 32" Samsung QLED worth it? Not in my experience. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years (smartphone, smartwatch, TVs, appliances, etc.) No more. Samsung customer service does not make it easy. I am jumping the Samsung ship.

But wanted to mount the tv for my daughter and the four machine screws on the back don’t match what is on the back n the manual, or any wall mount packages. They state it’s an M4 screw to mount the tv. But have used their replacementsparts store and Amazon for the M4 screws numerous times but the ones they describe all are too small. With the amount of times I’ve requested help on their customer help desk you’d think they just send the four screws. I’d pay too but no Samsung wants you to spend an eternity to find them yourself. Very poor customer service from this company but great tvs have three of them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice TV, but not great The picture is sharp, I'll give it that, but it doesn't perform as well as my older Samsung TV does. The problem is, it doesn't work well with an added Roku. Here's the issue: When I turn on the TV using the Roku remote, the TV turns on, but reports with a blue screen that there is no signal from the HDMI port the Roku is in. In order to get signal I must either reboot the Roku, or switch to another HDMI port and then switch back. Then I get signal. I've spoken to Samsung about this and their response is that I must start the TV using the Samsung TV Plus option and then switch to the Roku port. This seems ridiculous to me. My older Samsung TV functions perfectly with an added Roku. I've also written a detailed email to Samsung support and have never received a response. I have my own workaround however—After I've watched, I switch to another HDMI port before I turn off the TV so that the next time I start it using the Roku remote, the TV sees the Roku's signal immediately. Seems silly to have to do this though. This was not a cheap TV, it should function better.

I can also switch easily to others features with the smart hub button on the remote. that is smart but easy to use for all ages. if u want a game changer for the video game visuals this is the TV for you I would not use any other smart TV than Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound issues The sound likes to go all funky at times. I haven’t had the tv a year. I’ll turn it in and I get very loud base, grumbled, and there’s no fix. Not in settings, not by turning it off and back on. I just shut it off. Next time I turn it on, it’s normal sound.

They are a bit pricey, but it’s a gorgeous resolution, not too big, and I really like the interface Samsung is using for this model. I didn’t know how much a tv could do until I started turning my air conditioner on from it! I’ve never had a smart tv, and man, this is a great start!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome TV with great picture and sound The TV is in my home office, not connected to any cable or satellite, only connection is the Amazon Fire Stick, though for the most part I use Samsung content and apps. It has a great picture with beautiful color, and sound. The setting and apps are very easy to understands use and access, the remote without the need of batteries is a neat concept, and easy to understand. I do have it connected to a soundbar as well, and its like being in a theater. Its my second Samsung, I just replaced the 32 inch to upgrade to 4k. I would recommend a Samsung to anyone if what they are looking for is everything I have mentioned.

I love my Samsung TV as much as I love my zflip5 but that's for another review.

The high definition graphics make it feel as if I'm not only watching tv, but as if I'm part of the virtual world. Everything feels like it's popping out of the screen joining me in viewing shows and playing games with these gorgeous graphics. I've recommended it to my friends and family and we always have movie and game nights at my place. This smart TV is everything and more that one could ask for. Please buy one immediately. You won't regret it I promise you.

The remote took a minute to figure out how to use, but on the bright side it is universal and I can even use it on my PlayStation 5.

The televisions are great for all types of input. My older ones started as PC monitors and have graduated to streaming in my Gym. Built-in Bluetooth is my number one feature. I use it for my headsets on those late nights when I cannot sleep. I used to be a Sony-only buyer, but have converted to Samsung only. Now I buy nothing but Samsung.

The remote is easy to use in either hand with less buttons, small, rechargeable and holds the charge via a solar cell on the back of the remote. I thought I would end up returning it but I'm going to keep it until it stops turning on.
