Horribly loose
These earbuds do not stay in. It doesnt matter how they're positioned in my ears. They always feel like they're on the verge of falling out. Definitely don't get these if you want to use them while being active.

False advertising do not buy
Absolutely terrible. Buds are way to big for the ears so its pretty much impossible to fit them in and if you somehow super stretch you ear to do so they don't stay in they fall out. Sound quality is sub par. And as for features, what features. Says it has some that it doesn't or doesn't give you access too. False advertising

Useful hands free product
These buds are perfect for music, movies, and video calls. I like the adaptive noise canceling aspect so you can either hear your surroundings or cancel everything out. I find the Galaxy AI with Bixby very helpful for hands free access along with the head gestures for phone calls.

Perfect... Except for the fit
I've always been a Samsung fan. All my smartphones have been in the Galaxy family, starting with the Galaxy S3, my TV is a Samsung, and have owned two previous versions of the Galaxy Buds (which I loved). I love how my new Galaxy Buds 4 connect seamlessly my phone and TV, and how flawlessly the Galaxy AI features are integrated and work with the Buds. I love everything about them, except for how they fit. I've followed every step in the proper fitting instructions, rotated them every which way in my ear, and no matter what I do, they will not fit snuggly and secure in my ears. This is the first pair of ear buds that I've owned that I have to constantly push the buds back into my ear because they keep sliding out. I'm a little disappointed Samsung, and considering how much they cost, I would not have thought the darn things wouldn't fit snug and stay in place while wearing them.

Perfect buds that won't itch ear
The galaxy bud four are perfect because they do not have silicone tips and do not make your ears itch or sweat.The sound is almost the same.The voice clarity on voice calls is perfect.The use of a I with the buds.It's even better. You can literally wear these for at least eight hours without having ear fatigue .

These Did Not Disappoint
Great sound, comfortable fit, and easy to use. The noise canceling works really well and the battery lasts most of the day with the charging case. Definitely a solid pair of earbuds!
I also love the AI features—they automatically adjust the sound based on your surroundings and even help make calls clearer by reducing background noise. Overall, they’re a great pair of earbuds and definitely worth it.

They make using galaxy ai more seemless. The audio quality is phenomenal and the pinch controls are really convenient. I usually use them for music but the quality for videos is just as good. Overall they're probably the best ear buds I've used up to this point

Very Comfortable Buds
Very comfortable buds with good sound performance. These are a compliment to my buds pro which tend to become irritating during 5+ hour flights. These buds however are perfect for that and do have good sound quality.

Great upgrade with small usage issue
I love the new buds. The smaller case size make it easier to carry with me and the same fit as the previous buds3. However I have a slight issue. The place to swipe up and down for volume control has been moved to the front of the buds instead of the back on the old model which is a little more awkward to use for me. Other than that I have no issues with the new model. A great upgrade overall.

Wow...Pro4 is great, finally designed to stay in my ears. The sound quality is superb. The push buttons are easy to use and the Pro 4 is very stylish. Glad I decided to upgrade from Pro 3 to Pro 4.

Buds 4 Galaxy Ai is getting there
Galaxy AI is great ,
The buds 4 are amazing and as owning all the previous pro versions I suffer for TMJ so pros sometimes get uncomfortable. So I opted to try the buds 4 and not the pro version and I absolutely love them. The ANC is astonishing since these aren't a "sealed fit" like the bud tips for the pro version.
These honestly sound phenomenal and better than the buds 3 pro. And those are supposed to still be a high contender against the buds 4.
I highly recommend these. Plain and simple

galaxy ai is phenomena an the sound is texture i really enjoy it.. Everything that it has to offer as well as your butts are the best thing that I like as far as product because I do intend this into a lot of music and therefore with the Gale, AI built-in my phone I can easily just type in our feeling or vibe or an emotion in it.Instantly shows and refers me to good music music that I have anomalous.Listen to a funny too , but I honestly think that samsung is up and coming best

I am a big-time Samsung supporter and have been wearing the EarBuds since the Buds2 model came out. I have also purchased several Buds3 models for my kids and decided to give the Buds4 a try and i was not dissapppinted!
Samsung continues to tune their earbuds with a clean, slightly warm sound and you will be glad you got them!!!

I had the Buds 3 pro. They got returned because they just didn't sit well. Buds 4 pro are very comfortable. Stock tips which are the same as the tips on the 3 pros suddenly feel right. I put them in, did the fit test and made no needed adjustments for over 2 hours while working in the kitchen. Head gestures to answer or decline a call is nice. The AI on these is useful. Translation in real time, communication with your assistant. I am 60, these are not features that I would have imagined using let alone reviewing but technology is finally becoming useful! The sound you get from these buts is next level. I am hearing details in my music that I hadn't heard thru other ear buds. I highly recommend.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 and I’m honestly impressed. The sound quality is super clear with nice bass, and they fit comfortably without hurting my ears even after hours of use. I love how easily they connect and how smooth everything feels, especially with a Galaxy phone. The noise control works really well too, making music and calls sound crisp and immersive. Definitely a great upgrade and totally worth it! A bonus is that I was able to get a pink gold pair which matches my phone. Love that!

The sound is amazing!
These are great! Sound canceling is so good. I can't hear anything even when music is off. But when it is on, the sound is crisp and immersive. Calls are great and connectivity are everything. Automatically and seamless. I would totally buy these again if I had to. The Galaxy AI feature is great because I can use them with my google assistant and it is a game changer.

I use my Samsung galaxy earbuds 4 for streaming, videos on YouTube. I also use it to workout make it very convenient to use the AI feature to ask it to make calls and searching the web. Would recommend this to anyone.

Case design and size
The case design makes it awkward to open, especially in the dark. It should have indentation/ indicators on the sides that your fingers can identify so when the case is in you hand you would know exactly how to orient it so you can open it without always having to spin it around due to the location of the hinge. Also the cause is way too thick. Its very noticeable when in your pocket. The previous cause was a much better size.

Having used the Galaxy Buds3 for a few years, I prefer the design of the Buds3 over the Buds4. For example, when swiping to adjust the volume on the Buds4, it feels like it'll fall off your ear. The Buds3, pressed into your ear so you wouldn't have any fear of it falling off. The Buds4's battery life seem to be shorter than the Buds3. They're always dying on me. Overall, I give the Buds4 a 6/10. I haven't used it for anything Galaxy AI related yet. Samsung still makes great products, though.

These are much better than the Galaxy buds 3 lighter in the ears and work well. The rubber tips are not the best for a fit (maybe for my ears) but bought replacement tips and every time I use a perfect fit. With the fit test on phone app. I recommend these to anyone who wants a perfect pairing with there phone.

Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro are easily some of the best earbuds Samsung has made. The sound is rich with strong bass and clear vocals, the noise cancellation works really well, and they stay comfortable even after long use. The new design feels more premium, battery life is solid, and the extra features like head gestures and AI translation are useful. If you use a Samsung phone, these are definitely worth buying.

These earbuds are so comfy, I've actually fallen asleep with them in! The sound quality, especially with my new S26 Ultra, is seriously amazing. The active noise canceling is super effective, especially on those noisy subways. And the ambient sound feature is really handy when I'm walking on busy streets. I'm a big fan of how the AI works with that feature, like how it picks up on sirens to switch the ambient sound on or off.

These Buds Sound So Good To Me.
I love these Buds. They look and sound so much better, than the Buds 3 Pro to me. I don't like i can't use the head nod gestures which isn't right. I guess it's not compatible with my Z Fold 6. Once in a while the pinch gestures take a second to register but I'm sure Samsung is gonna fix this along with other performance issues with an update soon.

Constant static in left bud
I upgraded from the bud 3 Pros to the bud four Pros and I was super excited because of the new design, but from the first time I put them in there has been feedback or static in the left bud.
I've tried to updating the software and troubleshooting but nothing has made it stop.

These earbuds fall out of my ears constantly. They are not comfortable. My ears are very small, but my sister can wear these, shake her head from side to side and they never fell out. They are five stars for her, but a 1 for me.

They fall out constantly and this is very annoying for the amount of money spent for them. I'd say great if your not moving around but not worth it if you plan to move around.

Bad Call quality and Bad Battery
The call quality is very bad. I cannot use it during calls/meetings, I'm always told that my voice is sounding garbled. Battery quality isn't very good eithe. Not worth the price.

The Galaxy Buds 4 Pro are easily my favorite earbuds I have owned. From the moment I started using them, the comfort and sound quality immediately stood out.
One of the best design improvements is the foam ear tips. They create a secure fit while remaining extremely comfortable, even during long listening sessions. Unlike many earbuds that tend to stretch or fatigue the ear over time, these feel soft and natural while still staying firmly in place.

I have been using Samsung products since the very first Galaxy, and these Buds4 Pro are the best ones yet. I have the new bud 4 and they are awesome. The sound is very clear and I love the bass booster. I like the simple way it paired to py other devices and yes they too can handle using multiple devices at the same time. It will switch back and forth seamlessly. I have not yet tried all the features but I know they will be just as awesome.

I love the new look of the buds design. Very sleek and nice. I love how they fit in the ears. And the audio quality is so much better than before. Battery life seems to be good so far. The touch controls could be little better as it didn't recognize mine often. It could be my lack of understanding of the product. The galaxy AI features are really great as well. Adaptive noise cancellations, etc... are great news additions.

This is a beast of a watch for out on the trail. Big bright screen makes navigation easy to see and connections are stellar. I have been impressed with the battery life and charging speed. Interaction using Galaxy AI is seem less. I would say this is the best android based watch out there!

The voice is clear. You can hear It really well. And when you're talking on the phone, people can hear you well too I love the voice. Cancelation feature and and there's a free chair, you can literally end your conversation with Galaxy AI. The only thing is that I don't know how to pause in continue. The music that's the only thing I'm having a hard time to find. But overall, it's a great it earbuds.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 for a while now and they’ve been an excellent addition to my daily routine. The sound quality is very clear and balanced, whether I’m listening to music, podcasts, or taking calls.
As a nurse practitioner, I’m often moving throughout the day and need earbuds that are comfortable and reliable. The Galaxy Buds4 fit securely and remain comfortable even during long periods of use. Call quality has been excellent, which makes it easy to communicate clearly during calls without background noise getting in the way.
Battery life has also been great and the charging case makes it very convenient to keep them powered throughout the day. Pairing with my Samsung phone was instant and the connection has been very stable.
Overall, the Galaxy Buds4 deliver great sound, comfort, and reliability. They’ve become something I use every day both at work and when relaxing.

I’ve been using the Galaxy Buds4 for a little while now and overall they’re a really solid set of wireless earbuds. The sound quality is clean with good bass and clear vocals, especially for music and podcasts. Calls are also surprisingly clear thanks to the upgraded microphones.
One thing I really like is the comfort. The open type design makes them easy to wear for long periods without the ear fatigue you sometimes get with silicone tip earbuds. They stay in place well and feel lightweight enough that you forget you’re wearing them

Sound quality is amazing
I use these headphone for the gym and it's been great so far. I tend to struggle with them staying on during exercise and these have been staying put. They're also really comfortable and don't hurt the inside of my ears after long use the way other headphone do. With Galaxy AI it's so easy to control without having to even pick up your phone and also love the live translation feature it provides, it's come in handy a few times.

Over the years of having samsung buds I find it much more worth spending a bit more money and getting the pro models. While the regular models are good, the upgrade experience on the pros are just so much better. I also am a huge fan that the pro models have the ear tips because it is much more conferable sitting in my ear. #GalaxyAI

I bought the buds when I bought my new S26 ultra phone so I got a reduced price, which was great. They match my phone in color, another plus for me. It has been several years since I bought new earbuds and I didn't realize how bad the old ones had gotten or how much progress has been made over the time. The sound is magnificent. They block most outside sound so I use one if I need to hear my surroundings. If I am busy and my phone rings, all I have to do is nod my head to answer my phone, or I can shake my head if I don't want to take the call. I used this feature in my doctor's office the other day and was very grateful for it. What a long way we've come since those old wired headsets! Many of the features for this set are controlled by artificial intelligence. I've used them quite a lot since my purchase a few weeks ago and there has been not one problem. Our house is very large, and I can leave my phone in my room, I'm almost to the opposite corner of the house before the buds disconnect, but a few steps closer to my room, and they reconnect instantly. I even left my phone in my room, went to the mailbox out by the road and they still stayed connected the entire time. I don't think you'll find a product that will make you any happier than these.

The Wright buds for the phone.
They pair well with my S26 ultra and easy-to-use better than my buds 3. After changing ear tips 1 big 1 medium using the test on phone I now have a perfect fit. My buds 3 I used maybe 3 times all year, these I'm using daily because of fit and superior sound quality. I should have payed more attention to the buds 3.
Don't hesitate buying these buds Samsung has good packages when buying and they are well worth it.

Great update with one flaw
I really loved the buds when I first try them on, and was blown away by the base and robust sound. But after wearing then at work the following day, I realized they don't stay in place. They keep shifting around making the buds to lose volume. I would reposition them but then again after a few minutes they would shift again and felt like they were ready to fall out. I didn't have this problem with the buds 3 so it's very unfortunate that I may end up returning them.

No Change on Allergy Status
While I love this device, I'm not a fan of the change. I'm not sure if it is the Acrylate on the body or something else, but my ears burned as soon as I put them in. It causes a big issue with the tissue in the ear to scab and discharge fluid where the body is touching. I had to return them within a few days. Samsung needs to fix this pronto! I hate using buds from another company.

Horrible Design
When the earbuds work, they have great sound and really handy features, like how the audio stops when the earbud is pulled away from the ear. But all of that is ruined by the fact the earbuds won't stay in my ear. They won't go into my ear as directed by their own instruction and simply setting in my ear constantly leads to them slipping or falling out. I don't think it's escaped anyone's notice that the pricier version of this model is the only one with adjustable earbuds, so people are expected to shill out more money just to wear them. It's a shame.

Where are the silicone ear tips?
If these are not going to fit most or all ears what's the point of marketing & then selling these?
They literally fall out my ear every 2 seconds. Just disappointing to get a new phone w/ ear buds that are unusable. I had to return this is something, I cannot keep or even use. And the packaging doesn't even offer or come w/ silicone ear tips.

I love the fit and look but they are super difficult to move between my devices. I will be using them for work on laptop but want to move to personal phone for a call and its super challenging!

Will NOT stay in my Ear
I bought the Galaxy Buds4 about 2 months ago and they have to be the WORST earbuds that I have had yet. If you move your head at all, even just walking, they fall out. I even went as far a buying rubber ear hooks for them and they still fall out.
I have had several earbuds like these in the past and I have never had this kind of an issue with them.
I have watched different videos to make sure I am wearing them the right way, and bought rubber ear hooks for them to help grip my ear to stay in, and nothing works. And because the the earbuds are so new, there isn't a rubber ear hook that is made for the buds4 so I had to buy the rubber ear hooks for the buds3 that dont have the right holes cut into them so the sound is muffled.
And dont attempt to contact Samsung Customer Support. They only want to use an AI bot to talk to you and when you do get to contact a person the chat will time out because they take to long to respond or they ask you for an order number and you have to back out of the chat to get it and it kicks you out of the chat.
I will be RETURNING these, and moving to a another brand.

These galaxy buds are the best out there. From the sound quality to it working with multiple devices , I have never had a better experience with these galaxy buds. My one issue is that everyone's ear canal is different. After a while , these buds end up falling out of my ear , which is why I am giving it a four. Samsung, please create bone conduction headphones so I don't have to stick things in my ear.Anymore

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro, and they have completely exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is breathtakingly crisp, the bass is deep without being overwhelming, and the Active Noise Canceling is top tier. But what really prompted me to write this review is that it isn't just my opinion. Literally everyone I’ve let try these earbuds has had their jaw drop. My friends and family immediately notice the massive leap in audio clarity and comfort compared to whatever they were using before. Also these buds won't stay in my ear if I'm too active... So don't plan on using these buds when you work out in the gym, go for a bike ride, hike, walk lol ETC. The Samsung Galaxy buds 1 and 2 were better since they had special design to stay put in your ear.

The Galaxy Buds 4 Pro are easily my favorite earbuds I have owned. From the moment I started using them, the comfort and sound quality immediately stood out.
One of the best design improvements is the foam ear tips. They create a secure fit while remaining extremely comfortable, even during long listening sessions. Unlike many earbuds that tend to stretch or fatigue the ear over time, these feel soft and natural while still staying firmly in place.
The sound quality is excellent. Music sounds clear and balanced with strong bass, detailed mids, and crisp highs. Whether listening to music, podcasts, or taking calls, everything comes through with impressive clarity.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 and I’m honestly impressed. The sound quality is super clear with nice bass, and they fit comfortably without hurting my ears even after hours of use. The voice is clear. You can hear It really well. And when you're talking on the phone, people can hear you well too I love the voice. Cancelation feature and and there's a free chair, you can literally end your conversation with Galaxy AI. The only thing is that I don't know how to pause in continue. These are great! Sound canceling is so good. I can't hear anything even when music is off. But when it is on, the sound is crisp and immersive. Calls are great and connectivity are everything. Great Sound Quality for Calls and Music
I've primarily used the Galaxy Buds for phone calls and listening to music, and I've been impressed with the sound quality. Calls are clear, and music sounds crisp with good balance and detail. Pairing with my Samsung phone was quick and seamless, making them easy to use throughout the day.
One thing to note is that I have only been using the right earbud because it is the only one that comfortably fits in my ear. Because of this, I can't fully evaluate the fit and comfort of the complete set. The right earbud can occasionally feel like it doesn't stay in place as securely as I'd like, but this may be related to my individual ear shape and the fact that I'm only using one earbud.

Galaxy Buds4 Pro
My Galaxy Buds4 Pro are amazing! I received the package while heading out to work. As soon as I put them on they connected to my phone, and I mean immediately. I didn't have to search for the device and allow to connect and hold buttons etc. It was a quick and easy connection.
Battery Life is great as well. Each bud lasted over 3hrs that includes playing music, phone calls, podcasts. (I wear one at time during my 10hr shift) Sounds is great of course, that's nothing new. I deliver in a loud truck and even with one bud in it canceled out a lot of noise.
I am excited to use the GALAXY AI feature for translating! Definitely will come in handy with my husband and his family.
Now all I need is to make enough money to get the Galaxy 26Ultra. I'm still using the Note20 Ultra+ phone... can't live without an SD Card.

I've had every galaxy bud pro model to date, bose quiet comfort, soundcore, and many other brands. These are the best yet by far! Sound is so well balanced and clear. They fit my ears perfectly right out of box and don't shake loose like the buds 3 pro did. The transparency when using is by far the closest to feeling like I'm not even wearing buds yet. Samsung buds are by far the best noise-canceling buds ive ever tried.Once you actually start using them , you are spoiled and cannot stand the other ones that do not cancel out background noise

Sounds great.
The way these sound over the Pro 3s. I will use Galazy AI once I figure it out with the headphones. They fit well in my ears and they're battery lasts longer! One thing I really struggled with the Pro3s. Thank you

?"The previous Samsung earbuds, the Buds 3, are better because they have a light; I find them more dynamic. The case feels more consistent and sturdier. These latest ones feel a bit lighter. I have both, but I prefer the previous version, even though the new ones have slightly better sound."

Samsung 24/7
I recently got the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro and I’m honestly really excited about them. I’ve only tested them at home so far, but the sound quality is amazing already. Music sounds super clear and the overall audio just feels really immersive. I can’t wait to actually start taking them with me everywhere.
Right now I’m being a little careful with them though because I don’t have a protective case yet. I don’t really want to carry them around until I do. I know Samsung products are pretty durable, but they’re brand new and I’d rather not risk getting scuffs or scratches on them. Once I get a case, they’re definitely coming with me everywhere.
I already have other Samsung earbuds too. I have two pairs of the Galaxy Buds BTS edition and the Buds that came with my Stray Kids SLBS bundle with the Flip 5. I would have loved to use my Stray Kids Buds case with the Buds 4 Pro, but they’re slightly bigger so they don’t fit. Still, that wasn’t going to stop me from getting them.
At this point Samsung is basically my whole ecosystem. I have three Samsung phones, three pairs of Galaxy Buds, and even a Samsung watch. Like that one guy on TikTok says, Samsung is my life. I love my Samsung and honestly I don’t see myself switching anytime soon.

Increadible sound quality with Bass
I am absolutely obsessed with the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 pro. The audio is increadible and the base is just a total Game changer and im so glad I upgraded to the newest Buds!!!!
Over the years of having samsung buds I find it much more worth spending a bit more money and getting the pro models. While the regular models are good, the upgrade experience on the pros are just so much better. I also am a huge fan that the pro models have the ear tips because it is much more conferable sitting in my ear. #GalaxyAI
Overall I am really enjoying using the Galaxy Buds 4 pro!!!!

Very great fit
This is the best fit of all earphones i have ever used so far, massive fit improvement over the buds 3 pros, and the music is rivaling my studio grade wired Headphones, which is insanity for a pair of earphones that is only $250 instead of the $900 earphones that are literally wired, yet cant compete, i cant wait for the zflip8 to get bluetooth 6.1 because that would be amazing cause my zflip7 is on bluetooth 5.4. I mainly use the earphones for a 1 ear in shopping run, whenever I go shopping or when in public, the only complaint is that the spare tips dont come in a small plastic thing like the old earphones used to come with the phones, and it comes in cardboard container, but that is a nitpick, everything else is perfect. The Galaxy Ai on it is great though.

I used the Galaxy buds 4 mostly for gaming or listening to music. Farther than that I like the quality of the buds very comfortable and doesn't hurt my ears at all

Received my Buds Pro 4 today and must say, absolutely amazing! Seamless connection to my new S26. Fit is perfect on my ears with no signs of falling out. Sound is great and better than any other previous Buds models.

Love the new look
I love the new look of the buds design. Very sleek and nice. I love how they fit in the ears. And the audio quality is so much better than before. Battery life seems to be good so far. The touch controls could be little better as it didn't recognize mine often. It could be my lack of understanding of the product. The galaxy AI features are really great as well. Adaptive noise cancellations, etc... are great news additions.

I love my new Galaxy Buds
They're very comfortable, and let's be honest, they're very attractive. The fact that they can automatically connect to the entire ecosystem is the best part. And the fact that they also include Galaxy AI is a huge plus.

I find this much comfortable to my ear than the Galaxy bud 3 pro which is already comfortable to my ear. Battery life is on par with the older model..look is much posh then the older model

So worth it!
If you are looking for a good quality earbuds, these are it!! I love the Galaxy AI that helps me translate accurately in real time, a great feature, specially if you need help of an interpreter. Also, one of my favorite things is the transcript assist from the Galaxy AI that allowed me to review my notes in case of getting lost in class. Definitely an amazing product, if you still deciding in getting them let this be your sign and get them!!!

The comfort level of these is far superior to the buds pro 3. The sound quality and noise canceling features also perform better whether its music audio book or podcast.

Very Comfortable With Amazing Sound
I really enjoy using the Galaxy Buds4 Pro. The sound is amazing and music feels much more alive and detailed. Listening to my favorite songs with these earbuds is a great experience because everything sounds clear and balanced. The bass feels deep and the vocals are very clean.
The noise cancellation is also very helpful, especially in busy places. It reduces background noise so I can relax and focus on what I’m listening to.
They are also very comfortable to wear. I can use them for a long time without discomfort, and they stay in place well. The case is small and easy to carry, and the battery life is good enough for everyday use.
Another thing I like is the Galaxy AI features, which add useful smart functions and make the earbuds feel more modern.
Overall, the Galaxy Buds4 Pro are great wireless earbuds with excellent sound, strong features, and a comfortable design.

I got the clear case and the rugged phone case with my purchase of the S26 Ultra. I like the neat and light feel on the hand when holding my phone. And it helps protect and keep the phone from scratching too. I am satisfied with the phone case. I also got the clear case as well. So I can switch looks for my phone whenever I like. I was timid about getting new buds. I loved my bud 2 and wasnt sure about the new design and how they would feel. Finally decided the buds for was worth a try and I am not disappointed. The buds 4 work so well with my s25 ultra . Ai translation and actions in demand make answering calls smooth. I love the noise cancelation. Features and the fact that I can seamlessly go from my phone to my switch.
Quality of sound was also surprising as ive had a few people twll me they weren't Impressed I was. The new design is also very comfortable
