This service provides one year of 5 x 9 telephone support for one Scalar i500 Q-EKM-Enabled drive. Q-EKM service contracts are sold on a per drive basis. The Q-EKM service contract length and level must match the library/drive warranty or service contract length and level. This service offering can be purchased 60 days after point of sale or when the uplift service contract has expired. A discount of 15% applies to multi-year purchases of this service offering.
