Logitech BRIO 4K Ultra HD webcam is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not buy again. First, Logitech offers the worst support ever. Horrible. The number on their site goes to someone's Voice Mail, Chat doesn't work and to email them you have to go through a dog and pony show so they have your information to give away. The camera is fine-- it lives up to what they said it was. BUT-- in order to change from the Monitor Clip to a tripod you have to be able to see a screw less than 1mm thick. There were no instructions on how to switch and losing that screw will mean that YOU are screwed. No instructions. No support. No replacement parts. Logitech support is the worst in the business and they apparently expect their customers to figure out their substandard engineering on their own.
