Storage Kit for P3 Came With Everything Needed
This is a very complete kit. It supports two drive sizes and comes with a non-standard cable to connect a SATA drive to the P3 ThinkStation motherboard. A standard connector will not work. Everything you need is in this kit. I have the small format ThinkStation, but the kit appears to support other models.

Very complete kit
This is a complete mechanical solution for adding a second 3.5 inch hard drive to the p3 tower. The tower comes with mounting hardware and cables for one SATA drive near the m.2 ssd for a total of two or three drives. Note a third drive in that location interferes with the ssd. The chassis comes with hardware for one drive. The kit also comes with hardware for a drive behind the front panel and an adaper for a 2.5 inch drive.

The ThinkStation Storage Kit for P3 Tower is a bargain! The individual components are sure to upgrade not only a ThinkStation P3, but almost all could be used on upgrades to other Lenovo ThinkStation computers. I could hardly believe what was included for the purchase price, Thank you Lenovo!

Everything worked as expected. All the parts fit properly. The power cords could have had additional connectors.
