45 Good mouse but no place to download driver I got this mouse and it fits good in the hand, however:- The click button is not very sensitive, you have to press hard- There is no place to download its driver in case you use "Driver Booster 3" to update it - even here at Kensignton website! Incredible!
15 Disappointed the first day Purchased the wireless keyboard/mouse package yesterday. First time using the mouse, it freezes every 2 minutes and only turning it off and back on (with the switch on the underneath side) makes it work again - for another 2 minutes. I think your driver is bad.
45 Great mouse! i have had this mouse for a few days now, and it is my first wireless mouse. it is very quick and responsive and the adjustable dpi (800 or 1200dpi) is far more useful than i had expected. the mouse is also very comfortable in my hand and still works reasonably well on other surfaces apart from my mousepad. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good, reasonably priced mouse!
55 never dies i bought this mouse about 3 years ago, taken it from job to job, and its still going strong, no problems what so ever. everything still works great. fits my big man hands well. am looking at buying another one for home.
35 Fits large hand well but so-so quality I got one of these and loved it because it was so BIG! Its shape and size fits my hand better than any mouse I've ever used. But 11 months in, the scroll wheel failed and I had to go through the process of filing a claim and waiting two weeks for a new one. Kensington was great about it, and the claim process wasn't bad, but the mouse shouldn't have failed in less than a year, and a customer shouldn't have to wait two weeks to get a replacement for a failed one. And if it had failed in another month I'd be out of luck. What can I look forward to with the replacement mouse, I wonder?
25 Comfortable, but... I love the size of this mouse. It's comfortable in my hand and is helping with my borderline carpal tunnel syndrom. But I have two major issues. The USB receiver is far too large and flimsy. I bumped it, which cracked the plastic case. I don't know if it's related to that or not, but sometimes it picks up interference and the pointer doesn't move properly. I put the receiver on a USB extension cable so I can shift its position when the interference occurs. The second major issue is the behaviour of the scroll wheel. It was fine at first, but now that the mouse is over a year old, the scrolling in a browser window is extremely erratic. I'll scroll down one or two "clicks", and the screen will start moving down, then jump up the exact opposite direction. If you try scrolling quickly, it jumps up and down randomly. I find myself pointing and clicking on the browser window's vertical scroll bar instead, just to keep the page steady while I read it. If Kensington would use a better receiver, and fix the contacts in the scroll wheel, I would give this product a great review.
15 Doesn't work! I was pretty excited about this mouse. It fits perfect in my hand and super comfortable. But when I connected it to my computer it recognized it and installed it, but the mouse never worked. My money to the trash! I guess I had bad luck but I'm never buying this brand again.
55 Great Size !!! I can now click with the big boys. Works as advertised. Thanks.
