The Cisco Heat Sink Cleaning Kit is ideal for up to four CPU and heatsink cleanings. This cleaning kit contains two bottles of solution, one to clean the CPU and heatsink of old thermal interface material and the other to prepare the surface of the heatsink. It is designed for use with the UCS B230 M1, B230 M2, B440 M1, B440 M2 and select Cisco servers.
