Difficult to raise
I used to have a motorized desk at my previous job and LOVED IT. However, at my new job to save money they purchased the 3M standing desk. I am petite and it's hard for me to raise the desk. I use the keyboard tray to help me raise my desk, it's pressed up against my body to assist. Also, it would be nice if I could push the key board tray in or out further because I'm too close to my monitors. When the standing desk is down I use the keyboard tray on my desk.

Difficult to raise
After surgery, the company provided me with this standing desk. It is very difficult to raise and now I am having back issues because of it. Needs to be redesigned.

Can corroborate: difficult to raise
I should've read the other reviews before purchasing this desk. I like that you can adjust the keyboard angle, and it isn't as monstrously heavy as the Varidesk desk converters, but my GOD is it heavy to lift from sitting to standing. All I have on it is a lightweight monitor and laptop, and just like someone else said, I have to lean my whole body into the desk in order to have enough leverage to lift it.

difficult to lift even with gas assist
An employee just had back surgery and needed a standing desk so we purchased the 3M Precision Standing desk. She has struggled to lift it from day one and now after only 5 months, it takes 3 people to lift it (obviously the gas assist has failed). We did receive a replacement immediately but are looking to return and get a unit that lifts easier.

Struggling to lift it from day one
I'm having the same issues as another reviewer. Just had my stand up desk set up and it's hard to lift. 3 other people tried it in the office and was saying how hard it was. I tried to lift it today and I pulled a muscle in my back. I spoke to one of your support staff who stated he was call me back next week.
