Rated 1 out of 5 by from Velcro always come down I'm not happy w/ this product. The velcro part always come off if you don't put weight on the keyboard tray or if any time my desk chair hit the tray. Please improve your product. I don't expect that from 3M. Thank you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It is NOT tool-free Installation I should have read the reviews. Seeing a bag of screws should have been my first clue. The Command strip is not adequate to hold the bracket to the underside of the desk. With a couple of screws, it works wonderfully.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The velcro part is awful! How do you expect the thing to stay stable with this velcro stuff and the tape? I expected so much more from this product. I am constantly trying to push it back up into its velcro and it repeatedly comes off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Same as everybody else In our case it is the velcro that is the weak point. I guess that we can expect the adhesive to fail if we get that corrected. As suggested on the previous comments, I will call 3M. But they really ought to have a fix ready for this by now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not up to 3m Standard This heavy duty drawer is supposed to stay connected to the desk via velcro and commend adhesive? Come on. 3m The guy above me had the exact same problem. This is an expensive piece of equipment. Much more sturdy adhesive is required. You should not charge this much for a shoddy product that requires extra resources and time to install

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk I bought this a week ago. The first day, it fell off every 10 minutes so I had to super glue it. today, it completely fell apart. and it came with screws in case I want to screw it in, but there are no instructions. so frustrating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent Keyboard Tray Keyboard tray was relatively easy to install within 15 minutes. Instead of using the the provided template I drilled a pilot hole where the front of the rail system is supposed to be situated and then attached the rail system with a screw. I followed up with the 5 additional pilot holes and secured the rail system using the holes in the rail frame as the template. The rail system does have a little side-to-side play (approximately 5 mm) and the powder coat made the height adjustment difficult which are the reasons I did not give this a full 5 stars. Overall it is a very stable keyboard tray that easily accommodated my oversize macro keyboard (55 mm width) but without the space to use the mouse which is fine since I had not plan on using the mouse on the keyboard tray. I would have preferred a better rail system with ball bearing rollers but this setup is smooth still. Some sort of nylon washers where the pivot points are would have probably eliminated the issue with the powder coating affecting the height adjustment. The keyboard tray in the end served my needs and is very robust so I do not foresee any issues in the future.
