The Best Customer Service!
I bought this several years ago, and have attached it to a few different desks over the years. Somewhere in the process of my recent desk move, I had lost one of the two plastic glides needed for the keyboard-tray arm to properly glide within the metal channel attached to the desk. I went to 3M's website in order to purchase the missing part, but could find no parts for sale. I emailed 3M and asked if it were possible to purchase the part, and instead they said they'd mail me the missing part, no charge. To top it off, they actually sent 2 new glides, which arrived today. Thank You, 3M, for such above-and-beyond service!

awkward handle location
The tray itself is pretty sturdy, tilts and raises up for stand up position.
Howewer, the tilt hand is located directly under the tray making it impossible to place over my legs when sitting. Unfortunate design flaw for a product that is otherwise well built.
