This plan provides 2 years of extended warranty coverage on any brand of desktop, laptop, or peripheral. Coverage begins after the manufacture’s warranty expires.
- Your product is covered for 2 years effective the first day after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.
This plan will cover the following combination of products:
- (1) Laptop and up to 3 peripherals (for example, 1 Laptop, 1 Printer, 1 Scanner and 1 router could be covered with this plan). All peripheral products must be purchased at the same time as the laptop to be covered under this plan.
- Price of the plan is based on the total sales price of the laptop and peripherals.
- (1) Desktop and up to 3 peripherals (for example; Hard Drive, Keyboard and Mouse are considered to be parts of a Desktop. A monitor would be 1 peripheral, printer would be 1 peripheral, and/or a scanner 1 peripheral). All peripheral products must be purchased at the same time as the desktop to be covered under this plan.
- Price of the plan is based on the total sales price of the desktop and peripherals.
- (1) Single Peripheral (single printer, single scanner)
- Only one laptop or desktop computer per contract
- Multiple brands covered per contract
- Laptop Repair - To initiate a laptop repair, a box is express shipped to your location, express shipped to a certified repair facility, and then express returned to you.
- Desktop Computer and applicable Peripheral repairs will be done on-site.
- The plan is fully transferable (Giving it away? selling it? It’s still covered).
-This plan must be sold within 180 days of the hardware purchase and the hardware must be in good working condition at time of service plan sale
- No Lemon Policy – Experience four documented failures on the same component and receive a new replacement product.
- Power Surge Coverage - This service plan protects against operational or mechanical failure of a covered product if a failure occurs while properly connected to a surge protector approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratory. Your surge protector may be collected by the by the Administrator for examination.
- Our programs are supported by a network of 30,000 technicians nationwide.
- Advanced technical support available on every hardware failure call.
- Customer Support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
- Average turnaround time on repairs is 3-5 business days depending upon part availability.
