Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sounding headphones, but distance isn't great. Nice headphones but they don't go but 20 feet from the base. Sound is great options are also great just wish they would go little farther. My logitech headphone went 50 feet plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy on the ears, Great on sound After a month or two or wearing it, I love most things about it. The biggest negative thing is the earmuff weight. There's a lot of pressure put on your jawline and ear cartilage after 2 hours of wearing it, and after about 4 hours of wearing it you definitely get a little achey. I use it for meetings at work and for listening to music so it's on during most of my work day and also for gaming. Other than that, the sound is great, the muted microphone works well, the sound divertion from gaming to chat is wonderful. The adjustable velcro band is comfortable and hopefully doesn't wear out soon. The charge time confuses me.....I charged for about two hours and then it randomly turned off every 30 minutes after charging. Overall, pretty great. I don't love it 100% but I still think it was worth the price.

The functionality between the wireless receiver and Bluetooth makes these easy to use with more than 1 device and the sound clarity is simply amazing. The bass is a little lacking and i don't feel like they reach a ridiculously loud volume but it still has a really good range with fantastic quality. The mic is one of my favorite features as it allows to instantly store it back into the headset when not in use, and the quality is very high. All around it makes for a fantastic headset with an even better arrangement of quality of life features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfactory Product: Arctis 7 Satisfied by the product. Easy connecting, easy (and fast charging. You can also use the earphones as you charge them so you don’t need to stop to wait for a charge. The retractable microphone seems like a cheesy feature but comes in handy for use without the microphone. They’re comfortable with my glasses, and I sometimes forget they’re there after a little. Works well for Xbox too, as they come with an audio jack converter. I also made a small peg on my wall to hang them on, so them folding flat makes hanging them very easy. One complaint: Took A LONG time to ship. They ended up taking a couple months (which might be COVID-19, who knows) but it is totally worth it. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them for a person looking for comfortable and great sounding headphones!

If there is one thing that is annoying it is that you can easily hit the physical buttons on the headset and mute the headset or change from music to chat device. Wish you could lock out the physical buttons but not a huge deal.

But needed to download the application so I could adjust the volume because the sound volume right out of the box almost made me return it. Very comfortable to wear for a long period of time too. I’m happy with the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good sound quality and comfortable I bought this headset to replace the Logitech G930 which was quite good but does hurt my head/ear after a couple of hours of gaming. This headset is a lot more comfortable in terms of it hugging the head/ear without it being uncomfortable. The sound quality is also top notch.
