Mediocre Quality
System works well, however the sound quality is very "tinny" with very little depth. I have tried adjusting equalizer settings, volumes, etc. for hours and I am unable to get anywhere near the sound quality of the Creative speaker system they replaced on my computer. They are not a bad system. They just are not a great system.

Set up with Dell Inspiron 3471using a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy FX PCIe 5.1 Sound Card
Had a couple of the RCA Jacks pull out with the Amazon Basics 3.5mm to 2-Male RCA Adapter Audio Stereo Cable

Pretty good for the price
Easy to setup, easy to use. Pretty good sound. Feels solid in terms of weight and construction.
I would rather the IR port for the remote be in one of the speakers or a separate device that plugs in as I use this for my PC and it is a pain to control the subwoofer when it is under my desk.
Speaker wires are color coded and nice long amounts of the wire is given. But they are fixed to the speakers so expanding them will be rough.

Bass is not as advertised. There should be a way update the firmware to ulnock the bass.

Total Junk!!
My 15 years old speaker is much better than this junk. My old speakers were from Logitech and it is only 2 desktop speaker with subwoofer purchased for less than half the price than this set. Ridiculous. Logitech has gone way down below.

Works exactly as promised. Sound quality is great, surround sound is crisp (volume output of speakers can be pretty loud if desired), and super-easy set-up. Settings are easy to navigate through with included remote. Good product, and I am satisfied!

Wish it had standard connectors.
They work good. My only complaint is the bare wire connectors don't connect well and constantly pull out.
