SIRIUS QUICK ORDER SERVICES FOR PURE FLASHARRAY IMPLEMENTATION

SERVICE BRIEF: SIR-PUR-STG-001, SIR-PUR-STG-004

For each quantity listed in the proposal, this service delivers basic deployment of a single FlashArray.  This service provides onsite hardware racking, powering up, initialization, integration, and storage provisioning for up to one (1) Pure Storage FlashArray supporting up to five (5) hosts.  This deployment includes:

• Solution assurance including establishment of requirements and Design Workbook
• Physical installation including rack, stack and power of equipment
• Implementation of FlashArray including test and acceptance
• Deliverables including product demonstration and as-built documentation 
• Project coordination and single point of contact
• This service includes the following 
  • One (1) Pure Store FlashArray controller
  • Configuration to support up to Five (5) hosts
  • Configuration of up to Five (5) Snapshots

SIRIUS QUICK ORDER SERVICES FOR PURE FLASHARRAY XL IMPLEMENTATION

SERVICE BRIEF: SIR-PUR-STG-002, SIR-PUR-STG-005

For each quantity listed in the proposal, this service delivers basic deployment of a single FlashArray XL array.  This service provides onsite hardware racking, powering up, initialization, integration and storage provisioning for up to one (1) Pure Storage FlashArray XL supporting up to five (5) hosts.  This deployment includes:

• Physical installation including rack, stack and power of equipment
• Implementation of FlashArray XL including test and acceptance

For each quantity listed in the proposal, the Pure Storage FlashBlade //E Add-on service provides the Customer with a new deployment of up to one (1) Pure Storage FlashBlade E chassis. This service is an add-on and must be purchased along with a CDW — Pure Storage FlashBlade //E Two, Three, or Four Chassis Implementation engagement.

This deployment includes:

• Physical installation including rack, stack and power of equipment
• Implementation of FlashBlade including test and acceptance

For each quantity listed in the proposal, this service delivers basic deployment of a FlashBlade //E. This service provides onsite hardware racking, powering up, initialization, integration and storage provisioning for one (1) FlashBlade //E Array with two (3) chassis.

This deployment includes:

• Solution assurance including, establishment of requirements and Design Workbook
• One day of onsite work to physically rack, stack, cable, power and initialize equipment. All other work will be handled remotely.
• Implementation of FlashBlade including test and acceptance
• Deliverables including product demonstration and as-built documentation
• Project coordination and single point of contact
• This service includes the following components
  • One (1) FlashBlade //E Array with two (3) chassis
  • Two (2) XFM Switches
