Service Brief
For each quantity listed in the proposal, the CommVault Basic Implementation service provides the Customer with a new deployment of CommVault environment at two locations:
- Primary Site:
- Two (2) physical server-based media agents for primary local backup copies along with
- One (1) virtualized/primary CommServe
- Media agents will connect Customer to an existing disk array for use as backup target devices.
- Secondary Site:
- Two (2) physical server-based media agents for secondary backup copies from the primary site.
- One (1) virtualized/secondary standby CommServe.
- Media agents will connect to Customer provided existing disk arrays for use as backup target devices.
