SERVICE BRIEF: SIR-COH-DPM-003

For each quantity listed in the proposal, the Cohesity Advanced Medium Cluster Implementation service provides the Customer with a new deployment of one (1) Cohesity cluster, of less than sixteen (16) nodes, at one (1) physical or one (1) remote Data Center.

The Seller Engineer assigned to this project will work together with Customer to plan and implement a new Cohesity Cluster.

Seller will:

  • Lead design and planning session
  • Install and configure Hardware and Software solution
  • Integrate the Cohesity cluster with the Customer infrastructure

Work under this Scope of Engagement may be performed on either physical or virtual Cohesity clusters only.

  • Planning and site readiness review
  • Resource coordination and single point of contact
