“Coworkers have many opportunities for training and education in areas they are passionate about, and they have opportunities to work with many different teams and platforms,” Patel says. “And, hands down, CDW offers a great work-life balance.”
CDW’s recognition by Computerworld affirms CDW’s efforts to create an open, dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and promotes customers, coworkers and partners as integral drivers of CDW’s continued success.
“It’s cliché but true at CDW – this is a culture where a common goal naturally fosters personal and professional connections,” says Sara Joseph, lead quality assurance analyst, eCommerce solutions, CDW.
The Best Places to Work in IT ranking is based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, career development, training and retention. In addition, Computerworld conducts extensive surveys of IT workers, which help determine the rankings.
