CDW Achieves Cisco Secure Networking Specialization Across the U.S., Canada and U.K.

CDW has achieved the Cisco Secure Networking Specialization, a designation within the Cisco 360 Partner Program that recognizes Preferred Partners with demonstrated expertise in delivering integrated networking and security solutions built on Cisco’s portfolio. For customers, the specialization reinforces CDW's ability to design, deploy and support secure infrastructure through a consistent approach that brings networking and security together, helping reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency.

To earn the specialization, CDW completed a comprehensive audit of its capabilities across Cisco’s five networking customer use cases, including secure campus and branch environments, secure remote access, end-to-end visibility and assurance, secure WAN Edge and secure data center networking. Cisco evaluated CDW's design methodologies, proven implementation approaches and technical expertise in delivering integrated customer solutions.

"Security and networking are not separate conversations for our customers," said Conor Waddell, Senior Vice President, Presales and PPM for CDW. "Organizations need solutions that are secure by design and simpler to manage. This specialization underscores our ability to help customers bring networking and security together through a consistent approach backed by proven expertise."

Cisco also assessed how CDW supports customers beyond deployment, including managed services delivery, operational processes and ongoing environment management. This affirmed CDW's ability to effectively manage the entire customer lifecycle, driving optimization and solution utilization to ensure organizations maintain secure, dependable and optimized infrastructure throughout the technology lifecycle.

"Building a modern AI-ready network is only part of the equation," said Sanjay Pal, Senior Vice President, Hybrid Infrastructure for CDW. "Customers also need confidence that those environments can be operated, secured and optimized over time. This specialization, supported by our Secure Networking technical practice, reflects the depth of our technical teams and our ability to support customers from strategy and deployment through ongoing operations and meaningful outcomes."

CDW earned the Secure Networking Specialization across its operations in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Each region was validated against the same delivery model and technical standards, providing multinational organizations with a consistent customer experience across geographies.

"As organizations continue to operate and innovate at unprecedented speed, they need partners who can deliver a unified, zero-trust approach to networking that blends security and connectivity across all environments," said Elisabeth De Dobbeleer, SVP, Global Partner Program GTM for Cisco. "CDW's achievement of the Cisco Secure Networking Specialization across the U.S., Canada and U.K. highlights the strength of their technical expertise, operational consistency and commitment to helping customers modernize securely and achieve business outcomes worldwide."

CDW's Cisco Secure Networking Specialization builds on a longstanding partnership between the two organizations focused on helping mutual customers modernize infrastructure, strengthen security, and simplify IT operations. With more than 1,300 Cisco-certified professionals worldwide, CDW supports customers across the full technology lifecycle, from strategy and design to deployment, managed services and ongoing optimization.
