CDW Partners with Moveworks to Help Customers Accelerate Enterprise AI Adoption

CDW today announced a partnership with Moveworks, the AI-powered employee support platform recently acquired by ServiceNow. Through this partnership, CDW becomes one of the first partners positioned to implement and support Moveworks for enterprise customers, following more than a year of successful internal use at CDW.

CDW’s firsthand experience deploying Moveworks internally has helped enable the organization to validate the platform’s value in real-world enterprise environments, streamline support experiences, and accelerate issue resolution through AI-driven automation. Building on that success, CDW is applying its expertise to help customers adopt, implement, and scale Moveworks as part of their broader digital workflow and AI strategies.

“As IT environments grow more complex, organizations are increasingly focused on using AI to deliver real, everyday impact,” said Jim D’Antonio, vice president and practice lead, intelligent platforms, CDW. “Our own experience using Moveworks internally showed us how AI can meaningfully improve the coworker experience when implemented with intention and integrated into core workflows. Through this partnership, we’re helping customers move beyond pilots to practical, scalable AI that improves how work gets done by pairing CDW’s services expertise with Moveworks’ powerful AI capabilities.”

Moveworks is widely recognized as one of the fastest-growing AI startups in the enterprise software market. In December 2025, ServiceNow completed its acquisition of Moveworks, combining ServiceNow’s AI-driven workflow automation platform with Moveworks’ front-end AI assistant and enterprise search capabilities to create a unified, AI-native experience for work.

As part of the ServiceNow ecosystem, Moveworks plays a critical role in helping organizations put AI to work across IT, HR, finance, and other business functions. CDW’s partnership strengthens that ecosystem by providing customers with trusted advisory, implementation, and ongoing support services, ensuring AI solutions are deployed securely, responsibly, and at scale.

“Enterprises are moving beyond experimentation and looking for practical, outcome-driven AI,” said Dave Uppal, vice president of ecosystem at Moveworks. “Partners like CDW bring deep technical expertise and operational credibility to our platform, helping organizations turn AI innovation into measurable business impact.”

Through this partnership, CDW will support customers across the Moveworks lifecycle, including strategy, implementation, integration with ServiceNow workflows, and long-term optimization, helping organizations modernize employee support and accelerate digital transformation.
