CDW has earned the Amazon Connect Delivery Partner status within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Service Delivery Program. The company achieved this designation due to its expertise with Amazon Connect, an AI powered cloud contact center.

The Amazon Connect Delivery Partner status is designated to AWS Partners with demonstrated mastery of presales development tools, excellence in scope accuracy, and delivery of optimal outcomes to customers across numerous verticals and regions. The new designation follows the signing of a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) between AWS and CDW in 2023, confirming shared goals and investment in CDW's long-term strategy.
