CDW has been recognized as a leading employer for women by both Forbes and Fairygodboss. Forbes named the company to its recent World’s Top Female-Friendly Companies list while Fairygodboss highlighted CDW as part of its annual Best Companies for Women list.

Forbes worked with market research company Statista to survey 85,000 women in 36 countries. Survey results were utilized to identify the companies leading the way when it comes to supporting women inside and outside of their workforces.

Fairygodboss based its ranking on reviews posted to the organization’s website. Employees were asked to answer questions regarding their overall job satisfaction, perceived gender equality at work, and recommendations to other women about working at their employer.
