CDW is proud to have been selected by Forbes for its 2022 list of World’s Best Employers. The annual ranking is compiled based on independent surveys of roughly 150,000 employees in 57 countries around the globe.

Participants in the Forbes survey were asked to rate employers on a variety of topics, including image, trust, gender equality, corporate social responsibility, culture, benefits, and more. This is the second consecutive year that CDW has been recognized.

Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to compile this year’s ranking by surveying full-time and part-time workers from multinational companies and institutions. Survey participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family. They were also asked to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stood out positively or negatively. The World’s Best Employers list is composed of the companies that received the highest scores.
