Mike Hulme brings more than 20 years of technology and marketing experience to VMware Cloud. Hulme has been guiding VMware and its global customers through one of the most transformative eras in digital business, helping to grow and expand a cloud strategy that spans hybrid cloud, multicloud and modern applications. As senior director of VMware Cloud, he has helped VMware grow to a global cloud provider supporting millions of cloud workloads across thousands of public cloud providers and growing business interests in edge solutions and Kubernetes.

Richard Munro
Richard Munro

Richard Munro, Director, Global Cloud Strategy, VMware

Richard Munro is the global cloud strategy director for VMware. In this leadership role, he works to align VMware products and services to the objectives and challenges our customers are facing with cloud and digital transformation. This includes developing executive and C-level content to both educate and inform at a general level, and articulate the value proposition of VMware Cloud capability as part of the VMware Cross-Cloud architecture.

Tim Ancona
Tim Ancona

Tim Ancona, Vice President, ServiceNow Solutions, CDW

Tim Ancona is vice president of ServiceNow solutions for CDW, responsible for leading and advancing CDW’s ServiceNow solutions practice. Ancona launched his own IT firm, Ticomix, in March 2000, and quickly established it as a leader in the area of business-to-business technology services. Ticomix was recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest-growing private companies in North America for five consecutive years (2013-2017). In 2013, Ancona launched Aptris, a dedicated ServiceNow partner focused on advancing service management practices in large organizations. Aptris went on to become an Elite partner with ServiceNow, putting it in the top 5 percent of U.S. partners. In 2018 and 2019, Aptris was named one of the top 50 small to midsize U.S. businesses to work for by Comparably. Ancona joined CDW, along with his entire team, when CDW acquired Aptris on Oct. 1, 2019, to launch the CDW ServiceNow solutions practice.

Ancona earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Iowa State University. He serves on various local community boards and is currently the board chairman of Stateline Youth for Christ. Ancona has also coached high school tennis for many years.
