We only include an item in CDW Outlet if it falls into one of the following categories:

  • Customer return
  • Damaged packaging
  • Missing user manual
  • Minimal cosmetic damage
  • Overstocked item
  • Demo item
  • Refurbished item

We will never sell items that are defective or have more than minimal cosmetic damage.

Full descriptions of our B-stock condition ratings are as follows:

  • New: This product is manufacturer sealed but the box may have blemishes.
  • Used - Like New: This product passed technician inspection and may have minor blemishes.
  • Refurbished: This product was refurbished by the manufacturer and shows little to no signs of wear.
  • Used - Noticeable Wear: The product passed technician inspection but may have visible cosmetic damage.
  • Used - Missing Part(s): The product passed technician inspection but is missing one or more parts.
  • Refurbished - Missing Part(s): The product was refurbished by the manufacturer but is missing one or more parts.
