Understand How to Use the Code

You should use the Code as a resource to help determine the right course of action when the right choices are not obvious. The Code provides a high-level view of your ethical and legal responsibilities. It also directs you to a number of policies where you can find more specific information on certain topics.

The Code applies to all coworkers and our Board of Directors. It applies to all CDW activities and all CDW locations. You are responsible for understanding the Code and how it applies to your role.
