A cost-effective means of delivering point-to-point Ethernet or extending LANs using unchannelized DS3 rather than expensive router pairs
The AT-TN1000 connects 10/100T Ethernet LANs over DS3 circuits. More cost-effective and simpler than IP routers, the AT-TN1000 gives you the ability to link remote LANs using widely available DS3 services and/or deploy services to multiple users in a single location.
With a standard Ethernet switch at either end of the link, the DS3 circuit becomes a "long hop" in a normal Ethernet LAN.
