Replacement part

Handset, not Headset Adapter for Cisco IP Phone
Buyer be ware!
I ordered these adapters for my Cisco IP Phone Model Number 7945 phones. The adapter works if you plug it into the "handset" port but not the "headset" port.
There was not enough information on the website to determine this before ordering.
I'm having to send them all back. :-(

Fabulous headset...great forcall centers
I absolutely love the headset that I ordered and so does our receptionist. My previous headset did not have a disconnect and every time I got up from my desk, I had to take it off. I am a scheduler for a car dealership and I am on the phone all day. It is so nice that if I have to leave my desk I don't have to take the entire headset off. The fact that there are 3 different headsets is great. Very, very happy!!

Works great
I purchased this connector to use with my SupraPlus headset and am very pleased with it. The sound is great, with no background noise. I would recommend it.

Cable Saves Desk Space
This cable plugs directly into my phone and I do not have a bulky box on my desk now. This is so much better than my last one that had batteries in the box and I had to change them out all of the time.
