Overland Storage SnapSAN S1000 2U SAN, 0-DRIVE, 0-CONTROLLER

The Overland Storage SnapSAN S1000 storage array can be flexibly configured to provide 1Gbe hardware accelerated iSCSI, 10Gbe iSCSI, Fibre Channel, or SAS host connectivity. The S1000 provides best-in-class performance and ease of use in a 2U rack mount chassis. High Availability is delivered through support for dual active-active controllers. It's optimized to support virtualized server environments and applications that require low-latency. Integrated support for Microsoft's MPIO and VSS services ensure compatibility with Microsoft deployments. Features include copy-on-write snapshots, writable snapshots and advanced RAID level support for maximum data protection. The S1000 simultaneously supports both SAS and SATA drives and ships without drives to allow for maximum configurability. Drives with carriers are available in packs of four 1TB and 2TB SATA II Enterprise or Power Saving Green drives as well as high performance 300GB or 600GB SAS drives. Supporting up to 4 SnapDisk E1000 expansion chassis the SnapSAN S1000 can scale up to 60 drives for as much as 120TB of total storage capacity.
