Performance as advertised
I have tested this drive with both benchmarking software and manual file copies to/from Memory and can confirm that it operates at or slightly above spec. Certainly the fastest drive I have ever used. My games launch at laughably fast speeds.
It also beats out all other drives presently on the market for sustained data rates over time (after the cache is used up) per professional tests (not me), which is why I chose this drive. That and, I never had Crucial RAM problems in the past... so figured the drives would also be great.
I would recommend considering getting a drive with the Heat Sink just in case you need it later, as the Heat Sink is not sold separately at the time of this review. Turns out, my graphics card's new water blocks got into the way of my motherboard's included, bulky heatsink and I had to relocate the drive.

Perfect drive for everything
I use this drive for my gaming rig and it works like a champ. As of yet i have not seen any issues even with it running between 50-65C (that's the hottest is gotten to)

By far my worst, and last experience with purchasing here.
I was attempting to upgrade from my 512 to a 4tb, 2 nights myself and a week later at a professional shop and deemed the device not compatible.
