Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is an answer to my needs in my small office This machine has been an answer to our small office set up whereby the owner of the company is very old school and does not do computers. With this machine, it allows him to feel like he's faxing, but he is actually e-mailing. :) The network capabilities enable him to send me documents to my e-mail when I am working virtually from my home, etc. He never has to get on the computer!! a win/win!! I give the ease of use a 3 because the buttons on the machine are not user friendly. I have had to be on with the tech department a few times already, just because things are not self explanatory. We will survive!! :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not user friendly at all Slowest printer I've ever used. It takes several seconds to send a job to the printer. Also, to copy you must first tell the printer you want to copy by selecting the copy button before you can copy. Doesn't do any 2-1 or 2-2 sided double copying. All double sided forms must be copied on one side then flipped over and copied again. It also constantly tells me I need toner even after replacing a toner. Once you refill the paper tray you must confirm you've used the right size paper. Unable to print envelopes or anything that is not letter sized. This is the most dysfunctional printer I've ever used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine for the price! We purchased the Xerox 3345 to replace an older Xerox and have been extremely pleased with it. It does everything our older one did but much faster. We have had this for about 3 months and so far no complaints!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from printer ok. NO scanner. Struggling to get scanner to work with my new computer. The CD provided for Printer and Scanner Driver only works for Printer. You have to download Scanner, if you are able to get it. Struggling to get scanner to work. sucks. Great price but if no scanner it is not worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't Print Labels; Weak Bypass Handling We bought this printer to replace a Xerox Phaser MFP3300 with very similar specifications. Unfortunately, the 3345 DNI printer produces light images on label stock, as if it's running low on toner. It also prints too high on the page when printing labels from the bypass tray, resulting in clipping of the printed area. Neither problem occurred with the MFP3300. Setting the media type of the bypass tray to "Labels" doesn't improve the result. Also, it isn't possible to set the bypass tray as the primary tray so the 3345 draws from that tray first. With the MFP3300, the printer will draw from the bypass tray if there is any paper in it, and draw from the main drawer otherwise. That works well for labels, envelopes, special forms, etc. Conversely, the 3345 seems to be able to choose the bypass tray if it is set to contain different media from the main tray, but it will always choose the main tray if both trays are set to the same kind of paper. The user interface is poorly documented. There are all kinds of checkboxes and settings in the Xerox CentreWare web-based printer manager that aren't mentioned or explained either in online help or the PDF user or administrator manuals. For example, paper type selection (e.g. plain or label paper) is buried three levels deep in the "properties" section. (Paper type can also be selected from the print driver interface on a Microsoft Windows 7 computer, but some applications, such as UPS World Ship, don't make that available.) There's no straightforward way to select the paper type for the bypass tray from the front panel of the printer. So the print engine is weak, the design choices are poor and the user controls are time consuming and frustrating to use. Documentation of the printer drivers and software is all but nonexistent. On the plus side, text and images look crisp on plain paper, and duplex printing works fine. The scanner works fine, although the name of the file it deposits on the computer is DOC.PDF. I didn't see any way to give it a better name. I haven't gotten as far as trying the FAX features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THIS PRODUCT DOES THE JOB BUT NOT EASY TO USE AND VERY SLOW!!! We have had this product for almost a year now and it is so slow i can walk away and come back before it starts printing!! Always says you have a paper jam even when it doesn't have to pull out the paper tray every couple pages to clear paper jam alarm to get it to print.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Had high hopes..... We bought this printer for a small business, but the way it prints is embarrassing. I constantly clean it, but I still get dark lines down the prints and they just get worse and worse. After I use the print to email feature, the printer shuts down and restarts. I have turned off the confirmation page after emailing, but it prints it anyway. We are trying to save money, not use more ink and paper. For a Xerox product, I am not happy with the performance and features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need to print Labels? this printer does it well As I was searching for a printer, my 2 final choices were the Canon D1550 and the Xerox Workcentre 3335. I went for the Canon and bought it. Later that very day I get a full refund from seller. I needed a printer. No ways, was I to spend another week searching, comparing, reading etc, I just bought the Xerox. All I read about it was negative: no label printing, not reliable, expensive, hard to work with. I was disappointed I couldn't find a Canon for same price. 2 days later, we got the printer. 30 minutes later it was installed, on all computers, including a Macpro. First thing I did was to have it print labels. !) No problem using tray 1 for printing a stack of thick labels. 2) Printing is dark and sharp 3) Toner cooks really well and doesn't smear when sticking your labels 4) No gray background on left over labels not being printed even after going through printer several times. Scanner works well and fast even over ethernet. Its highest resolution is 600 dpi. Sleep timer is set to 1 minute by default. It may be modified in the parameters. As far as programming, don't mess around with the touch screen, which works well too. Set your printer on your network. Once router has set its IP address, open Internet Explorer and type it in the address bar. You will have direct access to all your printer features, on your computer screen Easiest way to setup your printer, scanner, fax etc. Another handy thing to know that was not in the user manual I got: When accessing advanced features, you will be asked a username and password. For this model, default username is admin, and password is 1111. As far as technical support you must call. No support over Chat. Their staff is very helpful. I am far from regretting this purchase. It's our first Xerox, and so far, I love it. This is a very good printer for a small office. I wanted at least one good review to be written for those hesitating on buying this printer. It looks like one only write reviews when things go wrong, which makes reviews average irrelevant. So, hope these comments may help someone. Happy Printing! .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Frustrating and inconsistent I ended up with this product because there are few options that offer 4 in one and black only laser printing. This is my home office printer, need all function. We have Xerox at the office as well. Same problems. Poor software makes many simple tasks complicated--like scanning to computer file--took a big work around to get it to work. poor options for controlling scanning quality, shape, etc. Frequently goes into sleep mode and has to be manually wakened, so won't print if you are not standing next to it to wake it. Send faulty messages that it has not been able to print when it has printed. Sometimes really won't print and has to be powered down and up again to get it working. Very slow to start each printing job. Fast enough for each page in the job, but very slow if you have several separate jobs to print, which is usually the case. Takes up to 30 seconds to start printing, seldom under 15 seconds. Prints a two page document about itself every time there is a power disruption or other problem--huge waste of paper and ink. Can't figure how to turn that off. Really unhappy with this machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Annoying beeps The print quality is good. It's not easy to set up, but once it's set up, it works well. What annoys me the most is phantom beeps - frequent, but not all the time. I worked with tech support when I first got the printer and we turned off all of the alerts, but somehow the machine has added them back in. It beeps when it comes out of power save (so just about every time I use it) and on other random occasions. And no, there's no good reason for it to be beeping, like out of paper or malfunctioning. It just seems to like to beep. At this point, I put up with the beeps because the machine still works, but I don't like it and I would not recommend the 3335 to others. I will be seriously researching other brands of multi-function machines when I'm in the market again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product This has been a great product so far; it's fast and simple to use. Setting up the scan feature was a bit more difficult since it goes through a network but so far that was the only issue had. Definitely recommend this product, more than enough for a home office and can easily handle a smaller business as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for small office We have a small construction company office. We print, scan and copy all kinds of documents and it works great. It's on a wireless network. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Scanner will not recognize multiple paper sizes I find it ridiculous that any scanner made in the last ten years doesn't identify paper sizes. I need to be able to scan 8-1/2 x 11 AND 8-1/2 x 14 into one file. The Xerox WorkCentre 3345 does not do this. Now I get to look unprofessional by having the 8-1/2 x 11 scan as a 8-1/2 x 14 page. Or scan the one job into two separate files.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Constant error of tray paper mismatch User is constantly receiving error messages to resolve tray 1 paper mismatch. Sometime user prints a document sent to him, with a size that was specified something other than letter size, so this is one cause of the constant error messages. But at other times, it may a different cause. I will monitor the printer for further issues, but how do you go about clearing the error messages. It seem to pop up constantly for no apparent reason, or perhaps it was from an old job specifying the wrong paper size. Anyway, printer could be designed to be more user-friendly, in my opinion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versitile This is a versatile machine, with excellent copy quality. We have 2, replacing 2 old office copiers. These machines take up less room and allow us to copy, fax and print invoices at workstations rather than walking to a central machine. We love 'em

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the worst printer I've EVER used. This printer was purchased for the opening of my workplace and has not stopped causing issues ever since. It refuses to connect to any networks, doesn't respond to even wired connections, and will not scan for the life of it. This is the worst product I have ever tried to use for my workplace and will never recommend it to anyone I know. Beware!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fair Printer; Terrible Scanner I bought the Xerox WorkCentre 3345 for my small business to replace both a printer which was dying and an old, inadequate flatbed scanner. Here is what I found out when I received it: The print functions are pretty good. It prints fast and with good quality, even during duplex printing. The paper selection didn't always work correctly, though. For Instance, when I tried to use the bypass tray to print some labels, a number of problems cropped up. I tried to select labels, but the printer had an error and told me I had selected the wrong type of paper. Also, I have to open the main tray to keep the printer from printing there, which I should not have to do if I am using the bypass tray. The labels I was eventually able to print did not print straight and I ruined many labels before giving up. The flatbed scanner works great and offers decent resolution on scanned documents. The Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) is a travesty and has the same problems as the bypass tray; it can't seem to keep the paper straight when going through the machine. The duplex scanning works fine except that everything is still crooked. One thing to note is that on the web page it states that this printer can scan to a "Local Computer", meaning a computer connected directly to the printer using a standard printer USB cable. It will NOT do this and when I contacted customer service at Xerox, they told me this printer was not designed to do this. Xerox has not yet changed their site to match reality. Also, unless you have an IT person to help you configure this printer on your network, which is the only way it is designed to scan, I would definitely recommend a simpler printer. The only reason I can get any of the functions to work is I have a degree in networking and telecommunications. This printer is not for the networking amateur.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent multi function printer for small office This is the second WorkCentre 3335 that I've purchased. I have one in my home office and purchased one for my new office. While it's rather a pain to set this machine up, requiring assistance of an IT professional for some items, once it's set up it does work well. The features that I use are print, copy, fax, and scan. I don't use the email function. The 3335 works well both over a network and with AirPrint. I considered buying a different machine but couldn't find anything at a reasonable price that would serve my needs as well. It's also easier if both of my multi function printers are the same model for remembering how to use them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor quality I bought a Xerox 3335 to replace a 3325 I had for many years. Out of the box, it kept having paper size mismatch error. I sent that one back and got a new one. This one has been working fair since. I still get random (one a day) Paper size mismatch error. Likely a sensor problem. Also its wifi looses connection to my system. We have several other printers that do specific things in my office and I do not have as many problems with all the other printers compared to this one. I have had a small business for 13 years and have always used Xerox as my main work-horse printer. I am re-thinking that going forward after this one dies.
Date published: 2019-05-24T00:00:00-04:00
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lacking I find it very difficult to accept that any printer made after 2000, does not have the ability to automatically detect paper size when scanning or copying. The copy function is complicated when reducing or enlarging image. Too many options HAVE to be selected. Printing quality is excellent, but that is the only good thing about this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null I do love the printer, it prints very fast, however, I gave it 4 stars because it is definitely not user friendly. I have not been able to access some of the other features of the printer like the email capability or the faxing function because the user guide does not give detailed instructions. I have not had the time to call in but it seems like it shouldn't be so hard to set these functions up, but unfortunately it is. Another downside is that the energy saver comes on fairly quickly if you are not using it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor machine Poor quality. After 50 sheets of paper the paper was getting jammed. Every time the paper was removed and the machine was freed of scrap the problem would just start all over again. I am a new product engineer and my husband is a builder. We are pretty good at fixing things and there was just no hope with this machine. The good news is we were able to return it as I believe it was faulty when we got it. Lastly, the print quality, when it did print, was poor and had vertical lines running through print.

The issue is that Xerox sells the printer but we can not find the part for the fuser assembly which cost about $200 to $300 dollars. Other than that it works great, but does no good if you can not find the parts.

However, there are some issues since was bought but the customer support was awesome, they came out quickly and helped us. Undoubtedly, I would recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great product from xerox The Xerox Workcentre 3345 is a great printer. Xerox has develop a printer that is fast printing, scanning capabilities, compact, desirable design and great lasting quality. Xerox has taken their great large business copier technology and adapted to a smaller printer for small businesses and consumers without sacrificing quality. The only technology or feature I believe Xerox falls a little bit short in, is the scanning interface currently being used. It took a bit of technical ability to have the function properly configure, but with a little patience it's possible. Xerox also has a great Xerox support team who you may contact and are very knowledgeable once you are able to get a hold of someone. Overall I think Xerox has done a great job by not sacrificing quality and producing a printer which is a lot more compact, allowing consumers to enjoy many of the benefits of a Xerox copier. For what Xerox is known for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Printer for Home Office / Small Business This printer is great for home offices and small businesses. Very easy to use and configure for all printing, scanning, and faxing needs. Gets hot when printing a lot of pages at once (over 50), so we just say "hot off the press, literally". Even paper jams are very infrequent and when they do happen, easy to access the jam. Definitely spend the money and get the Extra High Quality toners - they are the most expensive but on a per page cost, worth it and easier on printer than continuously replacing toner cartridges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer but ... The printer is great. Learning how to set the printer for scanning and forwarding PDF documents was a trial. The printer interface via a web browser was tedious. Instructions were most useful, however, they required the knowledge of a trained person. I am a retired engineer doing accounting for my part in a building project and I am very familiar with computers, however not familiar enough to use the instructions. I was forced to contact support several times for help. Every time my computer system, or the printer loses power then I have to reset the address IP addresses. My printer is cabled to my WIFI and exists one floor below. I still have not been able to set up the printer for a wireless connection. I have given up trying because of the experience of setting up the printer to scan. Overall, the printer is great! It prints my checks and helps me print invoices along with the business letters demanded of me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not user friendly. This is THE MOST difficult of printers I have ever had. The computer specialist who configured the printer was stumped on how to set up certain functions such as getting confirmation reports after faxing. Further, I have been on the phone for days with Xerox to help me with not only this but having the desktop scan documents vs. going to the printer panel to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value for the features I'm happy with the Xerox WorkCenter 3335 I purchased. Rated 5 out of 5 by from This model is good for light, home office use If used in a home office for light to medium print jobs, this printer may be ideal. But not for any business of office use where printing and faxing are required regularly throughout the day. Having to adjust settings from a website, is also an inconvenience at times and not easily navigated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expected better from Xerox Is this the company whose R&D was the seed that launched products such as Apple, Adobe, to name a few? can't believe how terrible their user interface, software design is. Virtually any undergrad from a decent school could design a better database and user experience. (you have to load the user permissions separately for each function if you want to monitor usage). You get arbitrary error messages that can't be resolved thru' their support (Xerox has foolishly outsourced without any training or ownership of the problem). We were able to resolve it simply because we had someone in R&D who could do a better search within their knowledgebase. This is in addition to the original copier not working & after closely working with their R&D for over 2 weeks and finally getting a replacement - firmware loaded with incorrect version of the s/w!!! (how does a company like Xerox even do this in this time and age!! Heads must roll at multiple levels not just at the top) These are just a few problems we faced with Xerox...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very difficult to use I purchased this device for use in a very small business. Operating it requires an IT degree and the amount of time spent on getting the printer to work at various stages of using it in the past 6 months has exceeded the value of the device itself. For example, configuring the scanner in a way which makes use of how fast it is will require you to set up a local FTP server, static IP addresses and a new user account in Windows. That said, I've reached a stage after reinstalling Windows that despite having precise instructions, I can no longer get the scanner to work via network. The documentation is very poor. On the upside, I can't fault it when it's actually working. You might be better off with this device if you have a networking expert in your staff.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for copies and scanning We love the ease of just making copies. Our problem is when we need to do legal size printing. It takes us an hour or two to switch and get it to print, and then an hour or two to get it switched back. All we wanted was a standard copier to make copies in black and white, which is all this office does. It is great and affordable but we are thinking of purchasing a copier just for legal because of the time wasted in getting to other modes. Love the scanning to a zip drive but other features we have not used as we go from screen to screen and never figures out how to use them. It goes to sleep really fast and then you have to wait to make copies so that is also an issue. There is nothing that tells you it is out of paper other than a little button on the paper tray and then it just shows it's low.. I have had tax clients in and left and then an hour later figured it out and had to have them come back. It needs a colored flashing light to tell you if all of the pages did not print. The copier is a great value and I like the ability to get the large cartridges. I also like not having to purchase any color but black since everything we do are documents that are all black and white. I didn't like that the manuals are all online. I am old school and want a book with instructions so sadly most of the features I'll never use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Features would be great if the machine worked as advertised, it is down for various reasons instead of available for a small independent bunsiness. This is not the first Xerox I have owned, my very first Xerox lasted 12 years, never had to ask for Tech assistance. Ink cartridges were half the price. I will have to review if I purchase another because I cannot afford to be without the equipment to keep my office running. If you purchase I wish you luck, maybe what I have was not Quality Inspected before putting on the market to sell. I will say, however, the Tech Service is the best and one of the reasons why I decided to stay with Xerox as long as I have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not user friendly Setup is a nightmare. Still can't figure out how to scan. Won't read any of my USB drives, so that I can manually scan. Very frustrating. Read reviews that other people were having the same issue, looked at Xerox responses and tried them. Most of the webpages they referred to, don't work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We bought one of these to use in our accounting Dept. Its much better than the old Imagistic Comercial unit we retired. We bought this to replace or old Fax machine. We have been very pleased with the Scan to Network drives function. The network setup was easy for me to configure. The scan two destinations interface programming made sense and was east to configure. We can now scan to email easily or copy or scan to a network drive. The only thing i don't like is i haven't been able to stop a page from printing after sending a fax or receiving one. this seems wasteful to me. I will, as i start to replace more department fax machines , use these as replacements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a very good product for home or a small office environment Had difficulties in the beginning to set up. Once it was set up it was easy to use. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Far too temperamental to be useful We changed our office printer for the 3345 on recommendation but all we've had is problems. It loses connectivity, it goes to sleep in the middle of print jobs, it just sits there and refuses to print, it flashes up non existent errors. Every day you don't know whether it'll work or not. It'll queue up 13 jobs because it thinks the output bin is full (it's empty). It'll sit sullenly in the corner whilst 16 jobs are waiting - tests all show operating perfectly and 'ready to print' but nothing happens. rebooting, turning off and on. unistalling printer and /or drivers then re installing hasn't helped. We thought that we'd stop being wifi and go hard connected.. Cable isn't long enough to connect to computers. It's all one problem after another. As our documents are time sensitive hanging around for three-four hours until it suddenly springs into life and prints a backlog is not much use to us. When it is working it's great but as title suggests it just seems too temperamental

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Has every feature at a great price I purchased a new Xerox printer, copier, fax, and scanner a few months ago. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Regret Buying Massive lag in printing-- it kind of has a mind of its own. Doesn't work well with my desktop and network, and the install and settings are tricky and difficult to adjust. Require many calls, but they don't provide service. You can't even change the password without replacing the machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not particularly impressed After about a years' worth of use we found that the printer started printing blotches on the paper at the same point. It could be user error - we touched some kind of drum head or something inside but it's annoying nonetheless. Then the printer by default always prints a cover sheet, which results in a significant waste of paper. You have to go computer by computer to tweak the print settings to get rid of that wasteful print. The coverletter feels very 1990's business-ish. The scanner works well. The little screen interface isn't super intuitive to get to the point where you can change settings, scan to USB, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not the quality I expected I purchased this machine mainly for duplex scanning, duplex printing and the 50 sheet bypass tray. The set-up was a nightmare but it works (mostly) the way I need now. The Print quality is not as good as my 7+ year old Samsung and the scan quality is worse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable, easy to use workhorse I bought the WorkCenter 3335 early in the pandemic because of the value proposition vs my full color laser printer for working from home, and the need to scan in documents to coworkers and clients. It's met that need well, and while it's not the best at anything, it's a great all-rounder that has been reliable and simple to use. My feature requirements included a need to be able to AirPrint from my cell phone or iPad, print from my computers, print the first page quickly, scan to email, and be cheaper to operate than color printers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible UI Horrible User Interface....not designed for small office without an IT staff. Unlike earlier WorkCentre 3225/3215 of which I have probably bought 10 over the past years, you can only manage with centreware and not easy printer manager.... The box it came in didn't seem to be original, every light stays on all the time, have to shut down and restart everytime I wanted to print.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This printer is a nightmare Honestly, this is one of the worst printers I have ever used, it is a nightmare using it. It always has some error, it's very difficult to understand how to avoid or delete those errors and make no mistake, the printer will beep continuously and loundly until the error is resolved. I truly regret buying it, it does NOT live up to half of the expectations. Very very disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Setup is a Nightmare Granted I'm not a genius IT engineer, but it is looking like I need to be. Setting up the printer is so confusing and ease of use is horrible. A simple thing like connecting to WiFi is somehow impossible. Looks like I need to pay a little more for another brand to get the simplicity I need, because working on computer related stuff is not how I'm going to spend my workday.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too Sensitive and Too Complex In a multifunction machine we want a product that is easy for the staff to use and reliable. While the WorkCentre 3345 has been reliable, it is irritating to use because every time we pullout the tray, something we do on a regular basis, the tray settings have to be reconfirmed. The default setting was to print a cover sheet between jobs which we found to be a waste of paper and a problem when we putting forms in the tray. Trying to program from the input screen is difficult to impossible and the online instructions are either incomplete or wrong. The only way we have been able to change the machine's program is through the computer access program and this is a time consuming complex process. Our previous generation WorkCentre was less sophisticated but much easier too use. The designers of the WorkCentre 3345 missed the mark. Too Complex!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is OK, but software is severely limited The printer itself works just fine, but the interface with the drivers and the software make this one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a printer. First of all, you cannot just install the printer drivers. You have to install the Xerox suite, which takes up memory and slows down my i5 PC. Secondly, why is there no option to stop printing with a title page? Waste of ink! The printer GUI is not intuitive, the drivers are awful, what is there to like?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product but suffers due to firmware issues This is a great product. However, it suffers due to support and firmware issues. The firmware needs to be enhanced and updated to cover multiple problems, which are due to enhanced security issues implemented by internet email providers, with scanning to email and to scans directly to PC via LAN. Also, I have repeatedly contacted technical support which usually fails to connect to a living person. Email to support has never been returned etc. These are the two reasons that I knocked the ratings down 1 star.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Irritating to set up, not intuitive at all We purchased this copier as an all in one solution for our small office needs. It is not intuitive at all and very irritating to set up. I feel like a printer of this quality should decrease the time we spend on the logistical office tasks, not add to them. We are constantly trying to 'figure out' what went wrong and why we don't have the print copy we need. So very disappointed in this product- will never buy one like this again. Also- I literally never take the time to write reviews- this one irritates me so much I felt compelled.

The unit has performed well and has not failed to impress me with its ease and utility. enlargements, scanning, copying, faxing are all done with no effort and the intuitive nature of its features appeals to me since I do not like complicated tasks. One button features are appreciated in almost every option. This unit, while not new, has functioned well in my small office environment. Thanks, Xerox

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Printer I've ever had I switched from many years of using Brother printers because they didn't last. I have never had a printer that is so difficult, slow, and annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible scanner I had this printer less than 6 months and the document feeder won't scan correctly. I can scan using the flatbed but not the document feeder. It scans and the resulting scan is jagged lines - as if it is out of balance or needs to be calibrated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Some misleading info This copier only prints back to back doesn't copy back to back - in other words if you have a double sided original you need to copy one side at a time. When I read that it copied on 2 sides I also assumed it copied 2 sided originals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally Satisfied Customer This printer "Rocks!" The printer provides me with all my needs and in a timely manner. The documents come out clear and crisp. The copier, faxing and emailing features are easy tasks as the instructions were clear, concise and to the point. I never have any issues working with the machine and I am quite pleased with it overall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Product is constantly having issues This is our main print/copy machine for a small office that is largely paperless. So when we do need to print, it should be easy...and this machine is constantly having bug issues. The screen is difficult to navigate and we continue to waste paper because the machine prints some Xerox cover sheet for EVERY print job sent. Troubleshooting hasn't worked and after being on hold for over 45 mins, I gave up the service desk. Simply put- go elswhere. This product is a time waster and had I not spent so much money on it, would've thrown it out a while ago! Worst purchase for my office in 2 years, and it isn't even close.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from miss my old dell printer I wish they still made my old dell printer. this unit does not compare, and I would not recommend it to anyone. very difficult to use and nearly impossible to change settings that should be easy to access. haven't had it two months and it already sqeaks when printing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from How do you stop the extra top page from printing. It's a huge waste of paper We like the copier overall. I would like to be able to stop the first cover paper from printing with every print. It's a huge waste of paper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AVERAGE PRINTER - I WAS EXPECTING SOMETHING BETTER, QUALITY IS NOT AS GOOD AS I WAS EXPECTING. IT TAKES TIME TO PRINT THE SECOND COPY AND THE THIRD AND SO ON. IT IS AN AVERAGE PRINTER.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not the best printers I have ever used. The delay from hitting the print buttons to starting of the printing is the slowest I have ever seen. I can never figure out how to cancel a job when I have selected the incorrect paper size. To me not very user friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for small office We are a commercial contractor. We print and scan hundreds of documents. The Xerox 3335 Workcentre replaced a copier, fax and scanner. It comes with built-in wi-fi connectivity, so it tied into our wireless network. We print & scan from two laptops and a desktop. It defaults to double-sided copies which saves paper. The machine was very affordable and its toner is not expensive. It's a good bang for the buck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way over complicated and difficult to use Needed a new printer for an additional office. Supplier offered this one instead of the usual make, unfortunately Its a nightmare to set up and use. Start with the good bits - The print quality is excellent - that's it! The user interface both on the printing tabs and physical controls are overcomplicated and are mostly pointless. There are no applications supplied for scanning etc., even using Adobe software it still fails. Annoyingly It prints out its status each time it starts or is reset, default is printing separate job pages, there is probably a setting somewhere for these, but where? Clearly the designers never heard of the concept of being 'efficient and green' - Definitely a printer for the1990's To be fair maybe after a 4 week training course it might be ok - But just want a printer and scanner that works, like I'm use to! Perhaps if they overhauled the user interface software and supplied a scanning application (like other suppliers do) it would be an incredibly great printer/scanner, but as it stands, its not. In summary, it has all the features a small business doesn't need and none of the features it does!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer for the price This printer is fast and has many features that out perform any previously owned printers. Set up was a challenge but Zerox technical support quickly had me up and running. I continue to get tons of notifications from the printer about statuses but I simply delete them as I complete my printing needs. This is a very nice and fast printer and I would recommend to anyone needing a reliable printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Copier I use this copier for work purposes. It is used on a daily basis and some days it gets used to make booklets, which means it is run non-stop for hours. It is a tad slower than the larger copiers that we rented but still fast enough to keep up with my needs. This copier does everything I need it to do and most everything that the larger copiers do. It rarely jams but when it does it's easy to find the jams and get back up and running quickly. I love that it scans to my desktop for easier email attachments. It does fax but I don't fax so I haven't set that up. All in all in the nut shell. If you need a work horse copier and don't want the expense of renting, this is your guy. I have had this copier almost two years now and I still love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax This is a well thought out, designed and engineered product with a great price point. It's packed with features most anyone will appreciate and Installation couldn't have been simpler. This is the first printer I have ever owned that is not manufactured by HP. I have been a loyal HP follower for many years and have owned 5 or 6 of their inkjet printers and at least 10 color and monochrome laser printers. We have been using this machine for more than 2 years now and are very pleased with everything about this Xerox Workstation. I doubt that I will ever purchase another HP printer again. I am so pleased with this machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice features I upgraded from a 3300 MFP. I like the speed, two sided feeder and other features this machine has, at an economical cost. I was not happy that they did away with the selective fax ring ability the 3300 had, but a SR3 box from Multi-Link solved that problem. A shame they could not tell me such a product existed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from various features I love using this product. It has great features. I can scan, fax, copy, and I can save my jobs. The print quality is great. It's easy to use. I can scan documents and then email them to other staff members and clients. Also, the speed of printing jobs is much faster than the older all in one that we used to have in the office. I get print jobs done in half the time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not User-Friendly At All We purchased this printer to replace our old Xerox that needed a fuser, as it was more cost-effective to buy a new printer than pay for the fuser. The print quality is great, but it is not user-friendly at all. It is constantly going "offline" and I have to remove it and reinstall it to use it wirelessly. I have yet to figure out the Scan to email feature. I believe there is an additional, extra $50 "wireless network adapter" that needs to be purchased; perhaps that would help. I'm not sure why a printer in this price range would need an extra part to use it wirelessly. We needed a "workhorse" but we got a finicky dressage horse that is too complicated to use unless you have an I.T. degree. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Piece of Garbage My printer was purchased for use in my accounting office. It has given me nothing but grief since day 1. Everything was problematic with this printer from printing envelopes, to scanner issues. It is not even 1 year old and i had to scrap it. I had zero luck with xerox support. I feel i was taken, ripped off, and that a name that i used to trust "xerox" is tainted and i will never own another xerox product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hard to use All I wanted was to be able to print a confirmation fax log and apparently that is not an option with this machine. Even though there are directions online to do such, the buttons its telling me to use are not there! Same model....I would not recommend this product as it is beyond frustrating. We also have issues with the drums and printing medical forms with black streaks down the center is beyond unprofessional. This machine is frustrating and not worth your money or time!
