The product description did not state that this machine was a black ink only. It was not until I got it ready and ran a test on it that I realized it was black only. Can not give it better because I did not use it. I returned it.

I was so excited to buy this printer and until really happy to use it even though logging into the panel was difficult and there were 2 different screens on my pc to use for all of its functions. I figured I was able to deal with these issues because the printer is fast and has really good print quality. All of that changed today. Even though on page 9 of the Xerox B235 user manual it states, "Use the ADF for multiple-page or two-sided documents", sadly the only thing duplex about the printer is printing. You cannot duplex scan or copy documents. These limitations are significant as I wanted to scan my car contract documents which were double sided. Now I am afraid I will have to return this printer and find a laser printer that duplex scans and copies.

It's a nice multifunctional printer; however, it did not come with the USB printer cable, and I thought that they normally do, so now we have to purchase cables. But all in all, I love the printer.

So far, I am loving our new Xerox B235. The print quality is great compared to our old inkjet printer; and I love being able to do 2-sided printing without having to insert the paper in the printer as I had to do with my old printer.

Met my needs as a blogger looking for prints
I got this copier for my blogging prints. I was impressed by the 15 minutes from box to printing installation. The only thing that concerned me was the test pages from the printer. After I sent many articles from my PC to the printer, the device created amazing output. I'm sold!!!

I bought this printer a month ago and it has too many paper jams, and I tried several types of paper and adjusted the paper tray. The worst part is toner cartridges cannot be found. The Brother printer I had, toner was available anywhere and it rarely jammed. So far, not impressed with Xerox at all

Has all the function I wanted. It can scan, copy, and fax. The print speed is pretty fast. The adf work pretty well. Easy to setup and use.
The cons is the console feel very cheap. The printer design is not very ergonomic. The wifi direct setting is deep within the setting menu. It is a negative for me because it is one of the setting I used most often. The tray will not fit ordinary paper out of the box. I have to adjust it to fit and have a hard time snapping it into the printer. The printer also power on pretty slow but it's not something that would annoy most people.

I can t connect with printer
After the last update of windows 11 the xerox app dosent work. I cant scan anything, i tryed to install the app for many times but every single time tha message was the same: desktop app failed. So i cant use this printer.

Application not working on Windows 11
Good day, I can't use the device in Xerox Print and Scan Experience App since I got Windows 11. I keep trying to see the device in the app and add printer, but all it does is to install the printer in the system over and over again, I can't see it in the app though. I tried the Microsoft Printer Metadata Troubleshooter Tool that you recommended and I receive the message Troubleshooter not applicable since metadata package not found, still not working. You should be more careful with your devices and their features, I need this very much to work as I need to scan, and yet...

A great Replacement!
I recently just got this about 2 weeks ago. Placed an order late December and was back ordered. The setup was pretty easy for me. It was a bit bulkier than expected but not a ding on functionality. I've tested a few prints on it. So far so good. I'm yet to figure out the wireless print option from my phone to the printer. I'm liking my printer for now. I haven't tested the fax or scan features as yet either.

Uses a lot of toner
We bought this 1 month ago and have had to replace the toner 3 times already and on the 4th and it is already saying getting low. There is no way my small business is making enough copies to use this much toner and they are expensive to replace!
