Great toner - and excellent customer service!
During my business' early years, cash was tight and buying so-called compatible toners seemed an easy decision. The price was right, but there were consequences - some cartridges leaked, others contained toner that didn't fuse well and smeared easily - not something I wanted on a sales letter that was intended to make a good impression! The first wake-up call came when the Xerox repairman warned me that off-brand toner would void my warranty. That had an impact, but the real deal-maker was when Xerox began offering free service for as long as genuine toner and supplies were purchased. I'd been buying an extended warranty, so the improved quality and reliability of Xerox toner and the benefit of free service moved me to buy the real stuff. Yes, it's expensive compared to the knock-offs, but I've found that working with quality pays off - the same message I try to communicate to my own clients! Overall, I think buying genuine Xerox supplies is worthwhile. Great toner - and excellent customer service!
