The best buy for your buck!
This has been a great product for us, the previous battery cell lasted way longer than we thought it would. The replacement of it was very easy and convenient. I would say to people if you have the extra money to invest into these, I would recommend it. Thanks for the great products and customer service

3rd RBC24-SUTWR UPS Battery
I actually purchased this battery Dec. 2018. I only contacted Tripp-Lite because I thought I had a problem with the battery. When I first bought my
SU1000XLA, the original battery lasted 8 years. The second battery lasted 4 years 3 months. I am on my third battery now, so I will see how long this battery last.

I will be watching for the longevity of these new batteries.
I use the UPS to provide power for my hot water heat boiler, it requires a manual reset if the voltage falls below 92 VAC. Our power has got more reliable lately, but I still want to be able to carry through low voltage possibilities. I'm glad I had plenty of time and was home, it took almost a month to get the batteries.
