Tripp Lite support & sales were disappointing
This unit was purchased a couple years ago. It has failed to correct for brief voltagevdips for awhile. Calling Tripp Lite got less than helpful input from tech support & sales. I am replacing with another company's comparable product.

would recommend for any large and small office settings!
We replaced all of our old UPS/ battery back up power supplies in the office with these! I love the eco mode for the small electronic like battery chargers. It gives you a ready out of all the voltages, load, battery life etc. all for a decent price.

I have two, and would buy again.
With four backed-up outlets, it's perfect for keeping the modem, the wifi, and the set-top box all running in the entertainment center, and the other four (buffered) outlets protect the TV and amplifier and other electronics. This is the second Tripp Lite ECO UPS I've purchased, and I consider them invaluable here in Florida where we get a lot of brief outages (lots of lightning).
It's nice to be able to mute the alert, too! (Yes, I know the power's out. Thanks.)

Needs better runtime

Very pleased with the unit
Purchased unit to keep internet modem alive during a power outage as our home phone is internet based. During several recent outages, the system remained in full operation thanks to Tripp-Lite. I was even able to log onto the internet with my laptop in order to monitor storm status during the outage.

Very happy with my selection
Very happy with this purchase so far. The one small issue I had was with downloading the monitoring/automatic shutdown software. The support department quickly helped to resolve the issue and it works great.

I will pay more attention to the overal power needs nextime.
Upsize if you aren't sure. This size is for very mild applications. Reliable standby and surge suppression for my internet gateway, desktop, and monitor to allow safe computer shutdown and use of the telephone for several minutes to report the outage to the power company, but it was 'cooked' when the power came back on so I have replaced it with a larger unit. I am awaiting a response from the warranty people for this one.
