We've had this KVM for about 4 years, and it's been a great, solidly built console. It did recently need to be replaced, and the new version looks to be made with some less expensive materials, but still a great KVM. Would recommend!

I just got this and it is built solid. The hinges and sliding rails are a bit stiff, but I dont mind at all. I would buy this again if I needed to.

I have several different model/brands of rackmount consoles and this is by far the best. large easy to read flat-screen and full keyboard and track pad. Never had a problem with it.

The right tool for the job.
I has used Tripp-Lite products throughout my IT career and have found they always perform well. I've never had an issue with them.

Good Rackmount Console, could use a bit more fit and finish
This is used in a Primary Education DataCenter environment to view 20+ servers. The product is functional and works well. One negative is there is no true lock when in the open position, it has a pressure lock which works but would prefer a releasable lock. It is not as robust feeling as previous Consoles I have used, I feel like I might break it if I pull or push to hard to open or close. Works perfectly with the TrippLite NetCommander Cat5 KVM over IP Switch that was purchased with it.

Happy with this purchase.
Ipurchased this product because I needed room in my server farm for expansion. The sleek, sturdy design was appealing and already having all of the connections in place, it was very easy to install. I had it in place and using it in 15 minutes. The lid is pretty tight opening/closing, but I imagine in time it will 'loosen up' a little. Very happy with this purchase.
