As far as I know this product works fine. I like the compactness and easy wire connection. I wish it had colored marks that divides the areas between the individual ethernet lines. And I wish it came with a colored wiring sheet to look at so you don't have to look at the panel to see it when doing the punch downs.

Would recommend to others.
Great product, solid build. Product was damaged during shipping. I had to bend the mounting bracket back into place with a hammer. Hopefully there is no internal damage, everything appears to be working

Patch panel port was defective
after 10 hours of trouble shooting the network cables, switch configurations and the wire pulling vendor in. It was determined that port 2 of the brand new patch panel was defective. will buy other Tripp Lite products but never again a patch panel
