Rated 5 out of 5 byDenise from Worst laptop I've ever hadI have a message in to Toshiba x 2 days with no answer. The "m" sticks and it freezes up. The over all laptop is definitely not worth the money I paid for it. I was hoping the wrinkles would iron out, but it's been a few weeks. I don't recommend this to anyone. I feel I got a lemon

Rated 5 out of 5 byStraighttalk from Solid State is the way to go ...I really really like my new Tecra SOLID STATE Toshiba Tecra laptop, I didn't realize how hard a non-solid state processor had to work to operate. The few extra dollars it took to purchase this is worth every penny. Of course, in my book, Toshiba laptops are still the best. Well designed and comfortable. ~MFP

We had a couple questions and CDW was at the other end of the 800 number to answer the questions.Thanks CDW for the quick delivery, the fast laptop, and the support.
